Over priced and not worth it. Do yourself a favor and use a different plumber. They give you a price and then change it last minute when you are in need of help. Taking advantage of people that are in a bad situation. It is very sad.

Since I was out of town my sister was cat sitting at my condo. The toilet needed to be replaced and she checked and found that Cleary Plumbing had good reviews. They installed a toilet and from what I can see they did a good job. The reason I can't give them more stars is because they charged $600 for installing it. This included the simple, regular kind of toilet. I have never heard of such a charge for replacing a no frills toilet. Also, they left a almost new shop vac. After each of the four times we called them, they promised to pick it up at a agreed upon time. Never came.

The response to my initial review was dishonest. The ONLY thing that was done was a change out of the aerater. All of these other things that you claim you did were never done. That just adds insult to injury. Beware, this is a dishonest plumber.

After speaking with several companies to replace my air conditioning, the Cleary Plumbing & Air representative was knowledgeable (he could answer every dumb question I had!), professional, and nice. I had follow-up questions that were answered quickly and succinctly after the initial review of the project. From the moment that I put money down until the city inspector came to approve the final project, everything went smooth and everyone I talked to was able to help me. This was the second big home project that I had to focus on this year, and I was not looking forward to it. Luckily, Cleary came through, and I'm super happy with the results!

Chris and the whole Cleary team were amazing! Their office staff booked my appointment right away, and I was able to speak to Chris directly, not some random person that didn't know or care what was going on. When there was a mix-up/confusion on timing, Chris come out personally later that same day, and got the job done. You can definitely tell that Cleary takes their business seriously, and values their customers! I'll be using Cleary Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Let me state up front that I ended up not needing their services. However, that being said, their service was top notch! As I just finished brushing my teeth, the water pressure stopped! (Thankfully had just finished and didn't have a toothpaste-foam mouth.. lol) Made several calls to attempt to get some sort of resolution... and well.. actually they came recommended by Home Angels (which is a GREAT sign!) by what would be classified as an emergency. They were very diligent in getting an agent out right away today. As I said before, ended up not needing the service but just the fact that they were so excellent in helping,.. I'd spoken with Kylie and she even called me from her personal number once she was trying to call me back and was oh so kind and diligent. They are now saved as a contact in case their services are needed sometime!!

What I thought was going to be a standard drain-snaking service call turned into a much bigger job. They had to tear through the slab and replace 60yo cast iron drain pipes, but Jordan and others from Cleary explained everything very well at each step, showed up on time, did great work, respected our home and were completely professional. I have no idea how the price compares with others, but even if it was a little more, it was worth it.
