Jordan responded to a leak on the water pipe as it enters our home. She diagnosed the problem and gave us three repair options. What a concept a choice from a plumbing company. She also repaired and replaced a shower control. Again repair options. I would recommend Cleary and Jordan without any reservations.

Bathroom sink and shower were clogged. All complete now and draining like new.

Disappointed with this company. They wanted $50 to tell me what price they would charge to replace my hot water heater.

Cleary plumbing was very professional and prompt in trying to find a leak in my bathroom in Florida. I live in California and the technician on site explained everything carefully and sent several pictures. I highly recommend them.

We have used Cleary on and off for a few years. We recently had a leaky pipe at our business that no one could figure out how to find it. One of Cleary's technicians came In and knew exactly what she had had to do to look for the issue. I am confident she will find it. Thanks Cleary !

After speaking with several companies to replace my air conditioning, the Cleary Plumbing & Air representative was knowledgeable (he could answer every dumb question I had!), professional, and nice. I had follow-up questions that were answered quickly and succinctly after the initial review of the project. From the moment that I put money down until the city inspector came to approve the final project, everything went smooth and everyone I talked to was able to help me. This was the second big home project that I had to focus on this year, and I was not looking forward to it. Luckily, Cleary came through, and I'm super happy with the results!

DO not use Cleary plumbing! They are a rip-off! I needed a bathroom faucet replaced. They would not guarantee the installation unless I purchased a faucet from them. They did not have a faucet that matched the other faucet in the bathroom, but they wanted $330 for the faucet! I got a matching faucet from Home Depot for $70. They wanted $215 to install the faucet. I had a reliable handyman do it for $40. The service call was supposed to be $49, but when the Tech called the office, they said the price had gone up, and it would now be $69. I will never use them again and suggest you do the same.

The worst. After I got the whole runaround I remember I had tried this company 6 months ago; because the dialogue was exactly the same. Had an appointment scheduled for 11am-1pm. Cleary call at 12pm: Lady """"we have an emergency issue with a water bust and flooding. We'll have to push it to 3pm-5pm arrival."""" (or something like that.) Me """"oh that's fine. things could be worse."""" Lady """"OMG you are like the nicest, easiest, customer ever. Seriously, I wish everyone was like you."""" DING DING DING! Same exact dialogue. Do they have a script? Get a text at 4:08pm. """"Cleary Plumbing is on there way"""" Text 4:20pm """" let us know if Santos """"Mr. Calm & Composed"""" did a good job?"""" Has 2 missed calls at 4:13pm & 4:14pm I returned his call at 4:16. SILENCE! Then I get an email saying the technician called SEVERAL times. Absolute bs. So horrible I can't even believe they are still in business. Surely they won't be for long considering word of mouth *yep that would be me* and these reviews. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clearly Plumbing was not only professional and timely but Jordan was amazing and went over and above to fix the issues. I would highly recommend Jordan!

In the beginning of July, I received a letter from the city of Boynton Beach explaining that my backflow device was checked and did not pass inspection and that I would have to get it resolved and certified or our water would be shut off about 3 weeks later. The company that performed the inspection was Cleary Plumbing, Inc. located at 925 S Military Trail Suite D-11, West Palm Beach, FL. Apparently, my HOA hired the company to do the inspections and individual owners would be responsible for cost of repairs and re-certifications. Not familiar with backflow devices, I contacted Cleary. They instructed me to send them copies of the letter I received and they would quote me shortly. Probably 5-6 hours later they contacted me telling me our backflow device was unfixable and would need to be replaced and quoted me $1,150 plus another $250 to pull a permit for a total of $1400. They offered me a 15% discount if I signed up for their annual membership program. I ended up speaking to a contractor friend of mine. Another contractor that he works with told him the device shouldn't need to be replaced, typically they're pretty easy to repair for a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately, he is not registered to do work in my city. Cleary sent me an email stating they spoke to the city of Boynton Beach and got me an extension so I had time to come in and sign the permit to get it done. They continued to call me daily telling me I must come sign the permit. I spoke to another company who told me they would be able to come out but not until the following week, past my date allowed by Boynton Beach. I called the city and told them what was going on. Patricia knew all about it and told me she did not give Cleary or me an extension and they should not have told me that. She said she told them they needed to get the permit done to do the work and that's it. She also stated that over half of the units in my community failed the inspection. I wanted a second opinion and Patricia from the city agreed that's exactly what I should do. I explained my predicament and she asked to have the other company call her to explain what was going on. They did, and Patricia allowed them to come the following week to fix/replace our unit. Today, the owner of the 2nd company called me and told me her tech stated after reviewing the report, my backflow only needs to be fixed and the cost would be no more than $350 total. She wasn't sure why I was being told it needed to be replaced by another company and said it's not typical. I told her to go ahead and get it done. She than called me a few hours later somewhat confused. She said her technician came out and checked our backflow device. The diagnosis, absolutely nothing! It was in perfect working order, doesn't need to be replaced or fixed. They're charging me $35 for the certification and that's it! I feel as though Cleary is being dishonest and tried to rip me off. They wanted $1400 to replace something that didn't even need to be fixed and knowing that they failed over half of the units in my community it makes me feel like they're just ripping off people left and right! This is outrageous.
