Very happy with the service I received today! First I spoke with Jennifer, who was very pleasant and worked quickly to schedule my appointment. My plumbing technician, Rowe, was very nice. He came in and fixed my problem super fast. He cleaned up afterwards and demonstrated that the issue had been properly repaired. This first time using Cleary Plumbing and I'm certain that I'll use their services again.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Kylie was so nice when I called on a Saturday, she rearranged the work schedule for Monday so Collin could come over first thing. He was awesome with helping us choose our new water heater, explaining all the pros and cons, and even when we changed our mind last minute he got us all installed and taken care of quickly and neatly. The other guy who helped him was great too! I loved the high tech touches-- we got a text with a photo of Collin before he came over so we knew who to expect. We're glad to have found a local plumber we can count on!

Needed several items taken care of in our new home and went with Cleary due to the good reviews. Matt came out and walked us through everything and was very transparent with costs associated with each item. We scheduled the services (new faucet install, connecting water filtration, new hot water heater, leaky shower) and the work was done on time and everything was left clean. Notably, Matt mentioned to monitor everything and let them know if any issues arose that they stand by their work. We noticed awhile after that there was some leakage in the pipe leading to the hot water heater. Contacted Cleary and had a note back immediately, a call and Matt was there right away to address the issue and resolve it. So happy at how responsive they were and that it was done in such a timely manner.

We had a simple job our shower hose that is part of our bath dropped to the bottom of the tub. The plumber arrived and told us the only way to fix it would be to remove the entire tub it would cost around $1500. We asked if he could try and fish it out which he said he could and would charge us $200 if he could get it. After 20 minutes he didn't get it out, then proceeded to try and charge us the full $200 with absolutely nothing fixed. We went to Home Depot bought a claw and successfully did the job on our own (even though he clamed it was impossible without removing the tub. They will over charge you and will not fix your issue. DO NOT USE

Terrible this company didn't show up in the 3 hour window they promised to and so when I cancelled because I could not wait any longer the plumber showed up on my doorstep and rang my door bell incessantly and when I did not answer pounded on my door until I called his company to ask him to leave. He then sped down my street and rammed into my large bright yellow recycling bins with his truck for good measure. Unless you like getting harassed I'd avoid these plumbers

Be clear with the company who is making the final decisions. I spoke with technician on the phone and was very clear with what work I wanted done and approved a price. Instead of emailing me the quote he gave my mother a quote (88 years old) for the double the price for her sign, went ahead and did the work and then sent me the bill double what I approved. Did hear back from the owner and he is willing to make thing right- so that is a plus.

Chris from Cleary Plumbing was not only fast but informative and the most helpful! I was in a bit of a jam and needed a tank replacement with only a one day window and he was willing to pull out all the stops for me so it would get done. I called Cleary Plumbing to fix two separate plumbing issues. One was a leaky pipe and the other was a damaged shower handle cartridge. Their plumber, Lee, arrived on time and fixed both problems with time efficiency and competence. The price was reasonable. I would use this company again for any future plumbing problem.
