Really happy with their service! I got a call back soon after requesting a quote and was able to get a same day appointment. I loved getting a text beforehand with info about my tech and appreciated that he called to give me an ETA. The tech, David, was very patient and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained all the issues I had which was very helpful as a first-time home owner. He left everything in great shape. I'll definitely be calling again for future issues.

So impressed with this company! Texted and emailed to confirm appointment. Sent picture of the person that was coming to the house along with a short bio of cute facts about them. Honestly the most respectful worker I have ever had in my home. Santos walked me through every step. He was so patient with all of my questions and left my house cleaner than when he got here. Would recommend them 1000%! Thank you Santos for making a very nerve wracking experience a much more pleasant one!

To their benefit - they did reach out to me after my 1 star review saying they want to make it better... In 2018 Hired them to replace a kitchen faucet. First thing the tech tells me when he arrives is that I have a leak in back of sink with lots of mold and need to replace cabinets, etc... he wanted to do the work. I told him to only replace faucet. Now 2020 I'm redoing my kitchen. When my contractor removed the sink cabinet there was zero (nothing) mold. Also the woman from the office is rude and argued with me when I questioned their prices. I was forced to use them because of home warranty. Now I no longer have home warranty and have a wonderful plumber that I trust.

I found them on yelp and didn't know what to expect, but what I got- Excellent service. I called to get a sink replaced and they gave me a Saturday appointment which I was happily surprised by. My technician, Drew, called on his way and then I got a text message with a picture of him, which I think is very smart and safe. He showed up to switch sinks and it turns out that I bought the wrong one. He was super nice, explaining which one I needed to buy, and offered to take his lunch break early so I could run to the store and switch it out so he could still do it then. I was very impressed with that. I would 100% go back to them for any other issues.

Pros: responded fairly quickly to Yelp messenger and I was able to speak with a customer service rep on the phone after a brief hold. They set a window on the same day and the 2-person crew arrived more or less on time. Cons: was not given a clear """"free estimate"""" before the work started. The repairmen seemed unqualified to fix the issue on their own and were calling a manager or superior on the phone for advice. Was up-sold on expensive camera scoping service and jet flush services. However, they didn't have that equipment on them and it would have required another visit. Furthermore the $375 drain cleaning job I paid for (which didn't solve the issue completely) had NO warranty, while the $750 camera/jet flush job receives a warranty. Ultimately, the repair guys left and our drain was not working the way it was supposed to work (maybe 75% functionality). I wasn't keen on being pressured to agree to expensive additional procedures. The repairmen seemed to have little conviction their cheaper course of action would solve the problem, but seemed convinced procedures totaling 2x the cost would solve them. We plan to try another plumbing service in the future.

What I thought was going to be a standard drain-snaking service call turned into a much bigger job. They had to tear through the slab and replace 60yo cast iron drain pipes, but Jordan and others from Cleary explained everything very well at each step, showed up on time, did great work, respected our home and were completely professional. I have no idea how the price compares with others, but even if it was a little more, it was worth it.

My mom had a slab leak, so I did some research, called Cleary and they were on it immediately! I had several businesses come out and give me an estimate and game plans which took days.... Cleary had it to me by the next morning in detail! Wow I am so impressed with Cleary Plumbing! They had a completely different game plan I shared with my brother up north (a contractor) and that was the best route! Cleary plumbing is top notch! Knowledgeable, very friendly, great work ethics, were out asap could not have asked for a better experience! Even the girls in the office on the phone were very professional, knowledgeable and very understanding! They let me know that due to the covid-19 that they would be coming out to give the estimate gloves and masks on and asked if that was ok with me! NO other company asked this, very impressed! When the tech arrives you are sent a text with their picture, and a little bit about them, so there is no question who is arriving at your house, as well as clearly marked trucks. Chris, Tony and Cleary staff, hats off to you! You are far and above what I have seen and my family and I thank you!

Spoke to Chris Cleary about our issue, and after answering a few of his questions, was able to determine it was a toilet issue, and NOT a serious plumbing issue. Now I can decide about replacing the toilets without major urgency. Very honest company. Would definitely recommend.

I called Cleary Plumbing to fix two separate plumbing issues. One was a leaky pipe and the other was a damaged shower handle cartridge. Their plumber, Lee, arrived on time and fixed both problems with time efficiency and competence. The price was reasonable. I would use this company again for any future plumbing problem.

We purchased a new house and called Cleary to inspect and do any work necessary on the three air conditioning units. Zach did a very thorough job on the inspection, and told us what we needed to fix and equally important, what we didn't need to fix. Zach provided an estimate and when the work was complete, the final bill was for less than the original estimate (how often does that happen?), as some of the work he thought they might need to do was not needed. Cleary showed up on time, got the work done on time, and was professional throughout. I highly recommend!
