I needed to change my kitchen faucet and I had a leaking bathroom valve as well. Doug was an excellent choice, thanks to all the previous reviews that made me make my mind. He's a great guy, knows what he's doing, very helpful and honest. I think he's someone you would trust to do a job in your house and his pricing is very reasonable. Thanks again Doug.

After getting the runaround and multiple canceled appts from another plumbing company that I found online, I called Clearwater and reached Doug. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and came out the same day and fixed the problem (needed to replace a Delta shower stem). Saved me a little money by having me pick up the necessary part at Home Depot down the street, and suggested I could do it myself if I was comfortable, or he'd be happy to do it if I wasn't. Couldn't afford to screw it up and be without water for another day so I just had him come out and do it. Took about 20 mins and everything is fine now. Price for the service call was about what I expected. You pay a minimum whether it's a 5 minute job or an hour I'm sure.

I always expect to get hustled when I call a plumber, so after looking up plumbers in Yelp, I decided to give these guys a shot. Doug showed up to install a dishwasher, I gotta say I was very pleased with him. There ended up being issues after the installation with a clogged pipe that he could not have foreseen. After calling him few days later, he told me a few ideas to check out and basically walked me through the process. He said he could come out by asked why when really I could do this myself and save a few bucks. He was more interested in helping me out than coming out and making a quick buck. So I was very pleased with that.

About a month later, my water heater started to leak. I called Doug and he answered a ton of questions I had about water pressure regulator, the water heater leak, the pressure release valve, etc etc etc. Bottom line, Doug help me diagnose the problem and fix it over the phone. This took a lot of time; and I have no doubt that another plumber would have come over and hustled me for at least a few hundred bucks. Not Doug! he was just happy to help.

I would give 10 Stars, go with Doug, you will be very happy! He is honest, helpful and will absolutely not try and squeeze you.

We recently bought a new home, but had a concern about our water heater per the home inspection done during escrow. I called Doug and sent over some images regarding the problem, and he was very honest over the phone about it being a nonissue. It isn't often you find someone willing to tell the truth, especially when it means no money in his/her pocket! I would definitely recommend using Doug, and I plan on calling him in the future for any issues that may arise. There is nothing better than finding someone with integrity regarding their job.

Helped me fix a problem over the phone and he didn't even charge me. So, I'm writing this 5-star review to thank him.

I was visiting my mom when a filter connection broke under the sink. Water was flooding the kitchen. We turned off the water and called him. He talked me through the problem for 20 min. Who does that anymore?? We fixed the problem together. He is amazing. Since he didn't come out, he didn't charge me. I told my mom to write his info down. It's rare to find someone as honest, helpful, and effective. Thank you! We will definitely be sending you all our business!

Definitely recommend this business. Found Clearwater via Yelp. Saw all the good reviews and gave Clearwater a call. The owner himself, Doug, picked up the phone and came to do the repairs. Doug was very kind, clean and had very reasonable pricing. What I like about Clearwater is that the actual owner of the business comes out and handles your service requests - you aren't dealing with employees who might not take as much pride in the businesses' reputation as an owner would. I also liked that Doug thought out loud and also explained things to me as I inquired. He even proved to me that an issue I thought I had with the main water valve was a non-issue and that it worked perfectly and didn't need to be replaced! Phew. I think Clearwater is very fair, honest, and does good work at a reasonable price. Thanks Doug!

I rarely ever write a review of any kind but i felt that the personsl experience i had with Doug from Clearwater plumbing to fix my broken pvc sprinkler and kitchen garbage disposal replacement under the kitchen sink was so well done that i felt the need to do this review. Simply put if you are looking for an honest, fair pricing, friendly and professional job done right and done promptly for your plumbing needs look no further, you wont regret it. I know who i'll be calling for any future plumbing needs, as a matter of fact he is coming back already for a seperate job in the near future.
