I'm so glad I spoke to Doug over the phone about the problem I was having with the valves in my laundry room. Sent him a couple of pictures and he called me back right away to tell me what he thought tHe problem could be. He suggested I try a couple of things before he charges me to come out. I am so glad I read all the Yelp reviews about Doug because he just left my house and I could not be more pleased with the job he did.
My husband installed a new kitchen faucet, but wasn't able to hook up the water supply (an important feature of a kitchen faucet :). Doug was at my door 5 minutes before our appointment time and, despite the fact that it was a fairly complicated process, he was done in just under an hour and only charged me his base rate, which is far less than any other plumbers I've dealt with in the past. In addition to being a great, honest and reliable plumber, he is also just an incredibly nice guy.
Everyone needs a good doctor, a good lawyer and a good plumber and I've found my good plumber.

Recently, I had what I thought was a major issue with my main water pipe bursting. I'm stressed out of my mind. I had no water for 2 days. If you're a homeowner, you know what I mean.
I found Clearwater Plumbing on Yelp, and took a chance based on all their positive reviews. A woman answered the phone when I called, and she was very friendly and informative. Said Doug will call me in 20 minutes. Doug called me within 20 minutes and briefly talked about the issue. He came to my home when he said he would. He went to work IMMEDIATELY without wasting my time or his. As I was watching him work, I noticed that Doug is confident and knows what he is doing. I also felt that I could trust this guy and that he wasn't going to rip me off.
Doug fixed the problem quickly, professionally and efficiently. He did not rip me off. He charged me his hourly rate which is VERY reasonable compared to others. I am one happy homeowner. Best of all, I found a trustworthy plumber for all my future plumbing needs!

I spoke to Doug regarding a sprinkler pipe that broke in my yard. Doug said that he would be able to fix the problem but a landscaper or gardener would be more cost efficient. I commend Doug for his honesty and having the customers interest in mind instead of looking to make a quick dollar. Should I have any true plumbing needs I will be sure to call Doug first.

I just realized that I never wrote a review for Doug. I don't have much to say except - FANTASTIC ALL AROUND. Great service, fair price, realistic. You would never go wrong with Doug.

Most recently we called Doug to unclog the drains in our backyard, after another plummer told us basically that we would have to follow the drains to the front of the house - that would require concrete to be broken up. The same plummer also said you cannot snake drains, and Doug of course did for us. In fact, the problem was minor and he finished the job quickly.

I highly recommend Doug and Clearwater.

Super happy!! we found Doug on yelp. Service was honest and reliable. Arrived when he said he was and immediately determined the problem with our clogged sink. Will definitely call him again for all our plumbing problems. Highly recommended. Best part is he is also pet friendly!! Gotta love that! Lol.
