I contacted 3 different plumbers when I had trouble with my water heater. Doug was very prompt to get back to me and we texted and talked about the options available to fix our situation. Doug had the most affordable rate compared to those I contacted. He even called me back when he had to cut short his call due to dealing with a supplier. The information he gave me helped us make an informed decision about how to proceed. Due to our very tight budget, we did not use his services but instead followed his guidance and had a family friend/handyman do the work for us. I would highly recommend contacting Doug to troubleshoot your plumbing problems.

Amazing service. Doug is so kind and professional and his pricing is very fAir. Highly highly recommend. He installed a water line for ice maker. Best Buy came out and just had to connect to valve and wouldn't do it since valve was under sink and not behind frig. This was the proper plumbing way. Ridiculous of Best Buy. Called Doug. He came right out and hooked me up. No charge. Amazing service. Shame on Best Buy delivery.

If I could rate this business higher than a 5-star, I most certainly would! I called Doug, the owner, and was able to have repairs underway less than an hour later. While this may not be indicative of every situation, it clearly shows how he will accommodate customers if his schedule allows. He promptly and professionally took care of two plumbing issues, charging an extremely fair price for his quality work. I just want to say that Doug from Clearwater Plumbing was terrific! I would give him a 10 star review if possible. He repaired our water heater and was so helpful, fast, informative about what was wrong, replaced the part and got us back to having nice hot showers again! He is reasonably priced and even did a few extra things that we had a little problem with! Oh yes, great humor too! Can't say enough about this man!
