I had a problem with my shower and placed a call to Clearwater Plumbing. Doug, the owner, answered on the second ring and was willing to be at my house within two hours. No BS about emergency rates or an upsell of unneeded services. He asked a few questions, had the problem pinpointed and arrived in 30 minutes. Nice guy, knew what he was doing and even saved me a few bucks from his estimate. He's now in my contacts lists and I would highly recommend.

Doug responded to my text right away (love that you can text him - call the number listed and if you get his vm you'll hear the right number to text). He was able to squeeze me in same day to fix my leaking sink. He showed up when he said he would, fixed the problem and charged a fair price. He even checked on another plumbing issue and gave me an honest assessment of how to proceed.

Doug's a stand up guy and I'd go to him for any plumbing need. When I called him about coming out to look at my water heater (fully expecting to pay for the service) he simply had me walk over to unit and walked me through step-by-step. The problem was solved within minutes and he refused to charge for his help. That's the kind of old school business practice that builds a loyal customer base. Can't recommend him enough!

This year everything started breaking down and leaking. The kitchen sink faucet, both bathroom faucets, and the master toilet. We purchased four faucets for Doug to help install. Doug arrived promptly at 8:00am as scheduled. I showed him all of our plumbing problems knowing that our original service call was only for the installation of four faucets. In addition to installation of the four faucets, Doug was able to fix the leak in our kitchen faucet and master toilet as well. He also corrected an existing issue with the guest bathroom toilet and provided us with additional advice regarding warranty details and plumbing 101. Doug was quick with the installations and very reasonably priced. He truly knows what he is doing. Faucets were spick and span clean and running nicely when he left. He kindly disposed of the old weathered calcium built-up faucets. Can't thank him enough. Excellent Service!!
