I spoke to Doug regarding a sprinkler pipe that broke in my yard. Doug said that he would be able to fix the problem but a landscaper or gardener would be more cost efficient. I commend Doug for his honesty and having the customers interest in mind instead of looking to make a quick dollar. Should I have any true plumbing needs I will be sure to call Doug first.

I just realized that I never wrote a review for Doug. I don't have much to say except - FANTASTIC ALL AROUND. Great service, fair price, realistic. You would never go wrong with Doug.

Most recently we called Doug to unclog the drains in our backyard, after another plummer told us basically that we would have to follow the drains to the front of the house - that would require concrete to be broken up. The same plummer also said you cannot snake drains, and Doug of course did for us. In fact, the problem was minor and he finished the job quickly.

I highly recommend Doug and Clearwater.

Super happy!! we found Doug on yelp. Service was honest and reliable. Arrived when he said he was and immediately determined the problem with our clogged sink. After trying several plungers, a drain snake, and drano, I could not fix our slow toilet. I cringed at trying to find a plumber that wont rip me off. Called Clearwater and Doug already knew what the issue was before he arrived. He offered to come by that evening if needed but I was OK for a next day appointment. Doug re-piped our entire house and did a great job! We also had an issue, which he gave my his honest opinion about my husband being able to repair it himself. If Doug weren't an honest man, he would have given us a quote and made it seem like only he could repair it. But he knew my husband was capable of doing the repair and that saved us $! I truly appreciate him and his business!

We had Doug work on several jobs over the last few years in our 14 year old town home. Excellent work and we have been extremely happy. We had him put in a new water heater. Our previous one was 13 years old. Additionally, we had him replace our garbage disposal and on another occasion our water pressure regulator when they died.

Great, honest plumber who is detailed oriented and takes great pride in his work. He's very experienced, will give you expert advise and is very friendly and personable. It's been a joy working with Doug and his wife Nancy who answers the phones.

I had a leak in my garbage disposer. Doug was in and out in half hour, he had a new garbage disposer with him and was able to replace the current one. he seemed very experienced and I would use their service in the future.

We needed to have our pressure regulator replaced and I called Clearwater and spoke to Nancy who could not have been more polite and professional. After explaining the situation, she gave me Doug's cell number and ask me to call him at the plumbing supply house. I did and although I could not identify the make of the existing regulator he said he was in the area and was soon at my home. He took the regulator out, quickly identified what I needed and went and picked up the right regulator. He was back in less than an hour, installed it and had everything 'back to normal'. We are 30 year residents of the Santa Clarita Valley and have never found a better service provider. We feel it is important to deal with local suppliers and Clearwater Plumbing is our ""Go-To"" plumber for any, and all, future plumbing needs. Prompt, polite, professional and price competitive. Happy to recommend to all!
