I had my water heater relocated from the closet to the garage on 01/31/18 and I couldn't be happier. Larry was great at giving an accurate and fair estimate, answering all my questions, working efficiently, and at the same time providing high quality work. It took Larry 1.5 days with the help of Tyler to get everything done, which is what Larry had originally estimated. Larry is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient even though I'm sure I had asked more questions than a normal customer. And I just want to reiterate the high quality work that Larry does. I'm definitely going to call him for my future plumbing needs.

The guys (J.R. and Brett) from Clearwater Plumbing were quick, professional, polite, and intelligent. They eased my anxiety of a underground broken, leaking, water pipe. The girls at Clearwater Plumbing's home base were professional and friendly. They kept me up to date with the time of appointment and called to follow up and see if everything went OK.

I called Clearwater Plumbing to fix an issue of a leak with washer. The person answering the call( Larry I guess) was busy and referred me to another plumber. The plumber who turned up at my residence identified the reason for the leak and apparently fixed the same. When I wanted to really test if the leak has been fixed and started the washer, I did realize that the leak was still ON and I showed the same to the plumber . He said this is a manufacturing defect and charged me for spending his time, i did get my garbage dispenser problem fixed though. I tried to reason with him that the issue is not fixed and he should have called out the rate earlier( when I checked the rate with him on the phone ...he advised he would look at the problem before he can comment on the rate). Later I called another plumber who rightly identified the issue with the drain pipe and fixed the same for a very reasonable amount. This is the worst experience I have had with any service till date , the person who turned up at my residence lacked any knowledge of the appliance and also had no iota of pride in his work . Larry, please be careful with your referrals , based on what I see with other yelpers you seem to be decent guy with good work record

I called Clearwater to replace parts in my shower. The call was based on a reference from another plumbing company. I needed someone who works on Hansgrohe shower systems, which, by the way, if you're ever considering having Hansgrohe installed in your house, DON'T. The parts are expensive AF, and they'll work for a period and just go bad, and if you think they're going to honor their ""lifetime warranty"", you better think again, because they're going to try their best to get out of it. And if you decide let's screw the warranty, I'll buy the parts on my own dime, I just want my shower fixed, good luck finding someone who works on Hansgrohe.
Wait, I lost my train of thought. What was I saying? Oh, yeah, so anyway, I needed some parts replaced on my badly leaking Hansgrohe shower, and after calling around a few plumbers, I reached Larry at Clearwater. He offered to come out the very next day. On the day of, he texted me that he'd be reaching in 20 minutes, and showed up right on time. Got to work right away. It took him a good 1.5 hours to wrestle with the shower, even had to work out a bit of an ill-fitting piece (""new peg, old hole"" sort of thing), but he worked on it cheerfully, and when he was done, it was like new. Great water pressure, no leaks, just great! We hadn't discussed prices beforehand, but the price he charged me, even though a bit higher than I expected, I think was reasonable, given the work done. And then, as Larry was on his way out, my spouse intercepted him and referred him to an overenthusiastically closing toilet tank flap in one of our other bathrooms, which had never been a problem for me, of course, but you know spouses, spouses are always right, so of course it was a problem, and of course, Larry fixed it in a jiffy.
As he was headed out I asked him if he offers a warranty, and he says ""my work is guaranteed for life. Any problem you see with the work I did today, give me a call and I'll be back out any time."" What a guy!
With such an attitude, I say, if you've got any plumbing problem, the choice is clear: Clearwater.

Had an issue with water leaking up into the sidewalk. Called ACWD and they said it was my responsibility so I had to find a plumber. Having great neighbors who referred me to the local hardware store who then referred me to Clearwater Plumbing. My wife made a call out to Clearwater and the owner Larry responded and resolved it the same day. Larry did an awesome job and even fixed an issue I was having with my faucet in the bathtub. Great job to Clearwarter and Larry!!! Definitely will use this company again.

I had a hot water leak under the slab in my Fremont rental home. The insurance company wanted to jackhammer up the expensive tile floor I had installed, so I called our HOA and asked if they knew of a plumber for rerouting the pipes. They recommended Larry at Clearwater Plumbing. He could do the job starting in just a few days, worked very well with the tenants, and completed a very complicated repiping job in several days. He also found a cracked ABS drain that needed fixing while he was working, so he fixed that as well. The price was very fair for the work. He's easy to work with, good with resident tenants, and his prices are fair. I would recommend him to anyone facing this problem. He's on speed dial for any plumbing problems I will encounter in the future.

Professional and did a very good job. He came on time fixed the problem and also figured out some potential issues and fixed those too. I give him thumbs up

Clearwater Plumbing had an excellent response to my leaking toilet reservoir. It was
part of the ball float that was malfunctioning and leaked a little bit of water. The contractor fixed the problem with the leak. He said that the float which is another part in the toilet reservoir wasn't tight and a lever needed to be replaced. He said that he did not have these parts in his truck. He checked further in his truck and found some replacement parts. Shortly after Larry had left I noticed that the toilet did not flush properly. I literallly had to press the lever for a long time until everything was flushed. I called the company and Larry came out and replaced the malfunctioning part.

We had a leak under our cement slab floor in January, 2014. Since this was our third leak under the slab, we decided to re-route the pipes instead of jack-hammering the floor and fixing the leak. Larry had to be at other jobs, so his son was in charge of the crew (Note: Larry's son is young, but don't let that bother you - he is a great plumber). They went out of their way to save us money in the re-routing and minimize the damage they had to do to the walls and ceiling to put in the pipes. They kept everything clean and their price was very reasonable (we had gotten a few estimates).
Since then, anytime I need a plumber, I call Larry. They have always been able to come out quickly - until a couple of weeks ago when my pipes backed up on the same day that we were having a dinner party. Clearwater wouldn't be able to fix it until 6 pm, so Larry recommended another plumber, who was able to fix it sooner (The other plumber did a good job, but my loyalty remains with Clearwater).
Another example of how Larry does business - A neighbor noticed water puddling outside her kitchen - she was concerned that it was a leak under her slab floor. I suggested Clearwater Plumbing. Larry came out to give her a free estimate. He looked around and said that the leak was likely from a pipe leading to her sprinkler system. He said he could fix it but that her gardener could probably fix it for less, so she had her gardener do it.

Clearwater came quickly, ontime and did the job expertly. Who could ask for more?
