ClearWater Plumbers are GREAT! Everyone of them I've met (and there have been several) were well-mannered, well spoken, knowledgeable and there service was unexpectedly timely.
We arranged for a repair of our septic and gave them a deposit. The next day we decided to put in a new system so canceled and received a refund THE SAME DAY!
I would choose them first, every time!

Called them out and was given a SUPER expensive ridiculous quote. They even got the problem wrong. Told me they couldn't get their snake four feet out because they ran into mud and the pipe was broken. Another plumber came out and they had hit a bend in the pipe. Needed only maybe half of what they said needed done to be done. Got all of it done with a different plumber done at maybe half price. No thanks. Never again

Victor the plumber and the admin team are outstanding! Fast and professional, they took the time to explain everything and do the job right the first time. My buddy told me to use a discount plumber, but honestly, its not worth it when it comes to something as important as my home.

We just moved into our new house and for the past several weeks we have been getting a lot of Texas Rain. We were pleased with our first service and got a quote for a french drain installation for $8,000. Grant it we could have went with another company , but was pleased with Eddy the first service and stayed with them. The project took about 4 days and the last day they were putting the dirt back into the trench and one of their employees said that they were finishing up and it would be as if they were never there . When we came home from work there was debris and garbage in our next door neighbors lawn and they asked what was going on. On top of that the drains were placed above ground and water was still standing and not draining. The pipe was already clogged with mud coming out of the end. The yard looked like a swamp and in worse condition then it was before. For 8,000 to install 1 french drain is a lot of money. If the job was done correctly i would be in a better disposition. Right now ... I am so stressed out because it has just rained again and the yard is just as much as flooded as before and the pipe is already clogged with mud and debris causing more back up i to the yard and the standing water is still there. Hind sight looking in we should have gone with a landscaping agency or really done more research before hiring them on to install a french drain. Atleast we would have been satisified with the first job done right then stress over this disaster. If anyone knows how we can get help. It will be much appreciated. I took pictures and not to sure what to do to fix it

Amazing! They have done numerous jobs for us and are always professional, polite , and knowledgeable in all aspects of each job!

I did not hire these guys. There prices are extremely high. Found a 5 star rated Home hot water heater installer from Home Depot that was $1500 cheaper for same project. They may have excellent service but very over priced
