This is my first experience with a plumber as we recently moved to our new home. The dispatcher was able to schedule a tech in a reasonable time and our tech, Larry, was very prompt and explained the whole process to me. He was extremely friendly. I won't hesitate to call them again should a plumbing need arise.

I have worked with Corey and Jeremy and both have been exceptional! We have an older home, so we have to call a plumber multiple times a year, and have used about 6 different plumbing companies/plumbers in the DFW metroplex. Clearwater has been the best customer service, most prompt and polite and given us a fair price. We enrolled in the "Otter Club" and have saved lots of money but also get preferred scheduling which has been a huge plus! Can't say enough about this great company! Thanks!

The team at ClearWater Plumbers is a dream to work with. They came in with 2 guys, listened to me explain our problem and went straight to trouble shooting the problem. He had to get under our house, which required them moving some drawers and shelves out of our closet to access the crawl space; they carefully removed the items and put them back as before. He also offered several solutions and prices to fix our issue, which I really liked. We'll definitely be calling them when we need some pipes replaced in the near future.

Found online based on their positive reviews, called and set up an appointment for water heater repair. Nice guys, called ahead to say they were on their way, arrived within the allotted time window, quickly gave some estimates and options, worked fast, pretty decent price. Would definitely recommend.

We were very disappointed in the undisclosed, hidden charge of $200 for choosing a "biscuit" colored ToTo seat, instead of white. It would've been nice to be informed initially.

After the plumbers left, we went to go try out the seat, and our toilet wouldn't flush. Had to call and have them come back to fix it. Frustrating.

Then, we were looking for the toilet seat that was removed... Nowhere to be found. They took our former toilet seat with them. We were planning on keeping that in case one of our other seats broke. It would've been nice for them to ask before taking it.

We chose Clear Water Plumbing because there were so many positive reviews on several sites we checked. The house flooded while we were out of town and the insurance said we had to call a licensed plumber. Clear Water arrived, welded a three inch pipe where we had a leak. The whole "ordeal" lasted 3 minutes and we were charged 200.19 dollars and we were not given a receipt. It will be mailed.
We will never ask for their services again.

Had a leaky disposal that needed replacing. After reading the positive reviews I gave Clearwater a call. Bill and Zack showed up on time and were professional, friendly and reasonably priced. They did a speedy and quality job. Highly recommend.

We have used Clearwater plumbers for a number of problems lately and they always go above and beyond to help out. Their customer service is awesome and they get problems fixed!! They put in a new cleanout on the house and put in a new hot water heater.

Had a major toilet issue on a Saturday....called them up for help. Very good customer service!! Sent someone over in the afternoon who was very nice and fixed the issue in 10 minutes flat. Highly recommend!!
