We have used Clearwater plumbers for a number of problems lately and they always go above and beyond to help out. Their customer service is awesome and they get problems fixed!! They put in a new cleanout on the house and put in a new hot water heater.

Superb service.

An amateur home inspector suggested to new home buyers that I needed to buy them a new hot water heater. I wanted a second opinion, so I called ClearWater.

The plumber who came out said I didn't really need a new hot water heater, that the old one still had some life to it.

I was impressed with his honesty; he wasn't trying to sell me a hot water heater. I was so impressed, I bought a new one anyway. That..and it helped with the sale of the house.

ClearWater also repaired a few minor issues and installed a pressure regulator.

They will be in my contact list for a long time to come.

Not only were they here when they said they would be, they called to reaffirm time and location. The problem was quickly diagnosed. Jeremy's explanation of what was needed to correct our low water pressure was explained clearly. Obvious they both have knowledge and experience with plumbing problems and equipment. The estimate was exactly what we had expected. The work was done quickly, tested and the area cleaned upon completion. I appreciate their care in covering their shoes when entering the house. Definitely a satisfied customer. We will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them! Great Job!

For first time home owners and getting a knock on our door from our wonderful neighbors saying our water pipe outside is busted and overflowing our yard was not how I wanted to spend my Christmas weekend. It was freezing and raining as well. We were in a panic state of mind since we had no idea what to do ( We didn't even know where to turn the water off) I called and they quickly picked up and calmed me down very quickly they got someone out within a couple of hours and the guys that came we're so sweet and told us not to worry about it and that they will get all done with and we can go inside and relax. Prices were very reasonable from what my Father and Father in Law said. They also saw that my husband was wearing his army wind jacket and did small talk about how his son was in the army as well and gave us a military discount! Which was even better, sometimes I always forget to ask about that but it's nice when someone sees it offers it. They did chit chat a little bit since they saw that he also rode a Harley and I felt like they just made everything very easy for us. Will def keep them in our books!!

WOW! I highly recommend Clearwater. We had an emergency gas leak. I called early on a Saturday morning. They called me back within 15 minutes. I was given an extremely reasonable service call fee, a time window to expect them, and they called me when they were on their way. They arrived, on time, and fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use this company again, when I need them. All of this was, from first call to finish, less than 6 hours and half the cost I was quoted by 2 other companies.

Called them at 7 o'clock at night and a real person answered the phone and got us an appointment for the next day. Our plumber was Bill and he was quick and professional. We've never had to call a plumber before because my husband and I are first time home owners but we felt the pricing was fair.

I am a tough customer. After an inspector told us we had a gas leak I called these guys out. Not only were they nice guys, but didn't try and screw me. They also checked outside the home and everything. I would recommend them to all of my closest friends and family.
