Washing clothes Friday morning, and all of a sudden the toilets started gurgling..the bath tub got filled with waste water!! Yuck!! But I didn't panic, because I knew who to call..Clearwater Plumbers!! Called the coordinator and she immediately gave me a time frame for the same day! Gary and Logan showed up promptly and accessed the problem. Snaked the backed up waste and after unclogging, the toilets are flushing again! My sister and I highly recommend Clearwater. We are very happy customers.

It came to our attention that we had a leak under the house from the main bathtub drain system, so I gave Clearwater a call and they sent Devon out. (I think his assistant's name is Collin? I should have written that down). Both very nice, pleasant, and professional young men. They evaluated my situation and presented me with a couple of options. I selected the best option for our household, and they were able to get me fixed up that day.
Man-oh-man, I love me some ClearWater Plumbers! Ten out of ten, would definitely call again

I called plumbing companies For an estimate did a leak fixed in my front yard. One of them estimated $6500 and told me they would have to tear up my driveway to get from one side to the other to replace a pipe. The second one the estimate was $10,000. Even To a novice this didn't make sense because they did nothing to even find out where the leak was in the first place. I called Clearwater plumbers they sent out Evan D. the same day I called them. He saw my issue and Told me where he thought the leak was coming from that he would do an inspection to find out something the other plumbers had not done. I asked him to explain how he would do that but he did. There was a area Between my house and the corner of my driveway where the water was coming out that he believe the way to be. He gave me an estimate of $780. He asked me if it was OK to take out some of my hedges that were in the way he dug them out dug up the pipe showed me where it was broken explain to me what he would have to do to fix it. He did a great job he was very respectful of me as a homeowner and the customer I'm very appreciative of that. Then he cleaned up after himself he not only filled back in the dirt he dug up but he took the hedges away with him very impressive. Throughout the whole process he communicated with me clearly was respectful and professional. I got a phone call from the company shortly after he left ask him how he had done my first word was awesome. I took some of his cards to pass out something I normally would not do because he was so impressive in his work ethic. I appreciate being treated with respect and courtesy and the fact but he was willing to show me exactly where the leak was coming from and what he was fixing. He even put a screen back on my window that come off that I was having trouble accessing behind those hedges LOL. Thanks Evan I really appreciate your professionalism.

Connor and Trey were able to come out fast and get a leak taken care of for us that had started from the upstairs bathroom to creating a huge water stain on the first floor ceiling. They were very professional and went over everything to us. Thanks!!!!!

I was having an issue with my toilet flushing properly. I called and they came out quickly. They helped me find the issue (it was a simple fix and I was only charged the flat fee to come out) and gave me some really sound information and recommendations about my septic/plumbing. I appreciate their help and knowledge. I would definitely recommend using this companies service. I will definitely be calling them for future issues!

I called the other day about an estimate for a friend and the owner Amy was incredibly rude and one of the most unprofessional business owners I've ever talked to. If you can find someone else to work with you on plumbing issues I would wholeheartedly recommend that instead

I contacted Clearwater Plumbers on a Saturday morning after finding out I had a clogged drain in a new house I had just purchased . The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and said she could help me find some help asap. She dispatched Chris and Matt who came even before the scheduled time (calling first to see if it was O K). They got right to work, explained everything that needed to be done and gave me an exact price of the whole job before they started. They were very professional, mindful of distancing and wore mask, and were very respectful of my home.

The work was done in a short time, and I even asked them to tend to some other things I had not requested when I called in. These guys were top notch and you would be hard pressed to find better plumbers. From this point forward, if I need a plumber again, Clearwater Plumbing is the only company I will call. Great Job Clearwater!

Very polite as quick to respond. Called early morning (clogged plumbing issue), appointment scheduled for early afternoon, but arrived even earlier. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Troubleshot the problem quickly and had things back to normal in no time.

Friendly staff, both with setting up and appointment and then the plumber who serviced our call. I called and setup a same day appointment easily.
Reasonably priced and offered pricing options depending on what we could afford to spend. Would def recommend and will use again.

Our tenant heard water running and thought we had a leak. ClearWater Plumbers informed us that he had determined that there was a leak underground beneath the house foundation and that a re-pipe of the house was needed. I asked him if he had gone into the crawl space to see if the ground was wet and he said that he knew it was a leak and didn't need to go under the house. This seemed strange to me so I told him I needed to get a 2nd opinion. I called another plumber who went out and determined that the backyard hose bib was on and turned it off. No leak. Reported this to management at ClearWater Plumbers who told me this didnt seem like the plumber they sent but would talk to him and call me. They never did despite multiple calls.
