Austin came out in an emergency and was super helpful and informative!!!! And of course, fixed the issue! They were able to see me within one hour from when I called and showed up on time. He was professional and kind, did not feel uncomfortable with him in my home at all as I was home alone at the time (bonus points). 10/10 would recommend.

Garrett saved the day again. After helping with the much-needed plumber's report and diagnosis for an insurance claim he fortunately did an inspection around the house and ended up catching a very slow leak from our Tankless water heater that had been installed incorrectly. And he noticed that the settings weren't right and fixed it so that we get instant hot water - which the system should have been providing all along.

While leak damages were being addressed, we decided it was a good idea to Repipe and Clear Water took care of everything and worked well with the mitigation crew. Garrett's team was thorough, timely, efficient, good at troubleshooting, repairing, clean-up.

The ancient water heater in our newly purchased home broke 3 weeks after we bought the house. Being new to the area, we called several plumbing companies and Austin at Clear Water gave us the best quote with turn time of one day - we had zero hot water in our house! Austin's over-the-phone knowledge and honesty, however, lost him a job because he suggested that we might want to first check to see if we were given a home warranty as part of our purchase. Might cost us less $$.

Austin's unselfish suggestion helped us get our new water heater and now he and Clear Water will be the first plumbers we call in case we need one! We're looking into a whole house water filtration system as a future home improvement. Austin called today to see how things were going and I wanted to share that I've never had such a wonderful experience with a company. Locally owned, friendly, and truly caring. Highly recommended!

Super quick and reliable service! They got all of the info needed from repair request form and did not bog me down with asking me to call extra numbers. Instead they texted me giving me some times they could do same-day repair or installation! Super honest-- and they ended up replacing our garbage disposal and installing it. Wonderful!!!

We had some problems with our tankless water heater and Garret came out, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken part. The whole experience was great. Rylee was excellent in scheduling, she got back to me quickly and was able to set up an appointment right away. Clear Water Plumbing also uses an automated system to let you know that they are on their way making it very convenient. I am very pleased with Clear Water Plumbing and excited to have a plumber I can count on.
