I am giving them one star and not zero because they did come out for a quote on redoing my two bathrooms. I was told that I would get a written quote the following week and then we would be able to start the project in the next few weeks. Unfortunately, I never received a written quote and NONE of my calls were ever returned. I would think a reputable company would have the decency to at least return my phone call or even send me a text letting my know that they were no longer interested in my business. I would never recommend them to anyone for remodeling jobs since it will set you back on your project waiting to hear back from them. This company was such a disappointment.

I needed my tankless water heater flushed so I called a plumber that I had used two times and had been satisfied with their service. The phone answerer couldn't tell me anything so she put me on hold. She came back on the phone and said someone would call me back. That was 4 days ago so I started to look around. I found Clear Water plumbing. I'm very glad I did.
I called and spoke to Tony. He was very nice on the phone and answered all my questions. He said he could send someone out the next day. Austin, the technician, was on time and very courteous. I explained what I needed and he quoted the price Tony had given me.
Austin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and cleaned up after he was done. He even explained the tankless water heater I had and explained the parts and how it worked.
I was very satisfied with Tony, Austin and Clear Water Plumbing. I won't hesitate to use them again and I will tell my friends and neighbors about them.

Our tankless water heater needed it's annual maintenance flush and Garrett was our technician. He was knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. Price was as quoted. We will definitely call them up next year again for maintenance.

I had a kitchen sink clog and Austin came out to fix the problem. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions which I know can be annoying at times. Austin was amazing and explained what he was doing and even showed me what the problem was.
