Hugo was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and speak intelligibly about my tankless water heater situation remotely. He was quick to follow up, replied to text messages, and went out of the way to tell me the correct parts I would need to complete my project. He was not pushy with making the sale, but showed ownership by focusing on making sure I was informed about the right parts and how to execute. Will definitely be requesting Hugo going forward.

We had major plumbing issues with a majority of our drains not draining properly. Husband called Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter as we have used them before for the usual kitchen sink drain back up. They came out the next day and diagnosed the problem of possible roots in the main line. Chris gave us a reasonable quote and even suggested a financing option.

Chris and his team, Geronimo and Richie, came out the following day and got to work early. They dug a port hole in the front flower bed area and hydrojetted the main drain after using a camera to find very thick roots blocking the water flow. They put the dirt back nicely and washed down the drive way.

We also had them install a new toilet that we had purchased from Home Depot. After installing the toilet, they cleaned up the dirty areas.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the frequent updates as work progressed. Communication is very important to us and they explained everything very clearly. This is a great team of guys who are very knowledgeable about plumbing issues.

Christopher & Geronimo saved the day! We are in the middle of potty training & the toilet stopped flushing correctly so I called Clean Out around 11am and by 12:45pm Chris & Geronimo were at my door. They retrieved a plastic toy piece that I'm assuming my kiddos flushed down and the toilet was working perfectly within minutes of their arrival. HUGE shout out to Christ and Jeronimo. These guys are punctual and honest. In these days it is hard to trust anyone. Everyone is trying to make an extra buck and up charge you for everything but NOT these guys. I had a toilet in one of my restrooms clogged, they came in and clogged it within two minutes.
