We had a huge plumbing emergency this morning and I reached out to Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter through Yelp and I got an immediate response. Within two hours, Chris and his coworker showed up to my house and diagnosed our issue using the high-tech camera. They were amazing! Honest, thorough, and efficient. They worked until 9pm and did not leave until their job was done. I 100% recommend this company to anyone who has a plumbing emergency/issue. We had a piece of tile stuck in our main sewer line caused by construction to the upstairs bathroom. Great company!

Chris and his team responded immediately to our inquiry. He went under the house to assess the issue and come out with pictures and explanations that made sense. Him and his team were out the next day on time and ready to work.
The company was very reasonably priced. It was so refreshing to work with an honest and hard working team of workers. They all knew in immense detail everything there was to know about drain pipes slope etc. and they worked really well together as a team.
They explained everything every step of the way. They finished this huge job in one day and cleaned up leaving everything the way they found it.

Last week, I noticed my main drain connected to the sewer pipe started backing up and needed to find a reliable plumber ASAP. Over the years, I used several plumbers but generally didn't have good experiences. After looking at reviews on Yelp, I decided to reach out to Clean Out Plumbing & Rooters and give it a try and I'm glad I did. Nathan and Brian showed up on time and did a camera inspection of the main drain to diagnose the issue. It turns out the issue is bigger than I expected but Nathan provided a long term solution as well as the estimated costs and timeline to complete the project. While Nathan and Brian were working on fixing the issue, they were extremely patient answering our questions. This is our first time experiencing this issue and we are not plumbing experts. Nathan patiently explained to us what the root cause is and kept us informed throughout the process. I even reached out to Nathan for a few follow up questions two days after the job is completed and he responded within minutes. Thank you Nathan and Brian for the nice work! I think the price is definitely not cheap but you get what you paid for. I will definitely reach out to Clean Out Plumbing & Rooters for future pluming issues.
