Our toilets started backing up. We call another plumbing outfit and they came out and snaked the sewer line but it only lasted a couple of days. They had to come out again and snake the line again. When it backed up again, even though the other company had a warranty, I decided to go with Clean Out Plumbing and Rotor. They explained it was a soft blockage due to corrosion from the old iron pipes. They de-scaled the cast iron pipes going under the slab and showed the clean pipe with a camera. They recommended replacing the sewer pipe going out to the street. We told them we didn't want are brick planters and concrete walkways disturbed. The completed the sewer line in one day and didn't damaged our property. I have to give kudos to Nathan to give detailed progress on everything.

Called Clean Out today at 9am to snake a shower drain and they were able to provide same day service working around my availability. On time, professional, and explained the scope of work and answered questions. Chris and Jeronimo were great and also took a look at the kitchen sink drain for a quick fix. Definitely recommend Clean Out and will be using them in the future.

Absolutely great service! This is the second time I had to reach out and both times I had a pleasant experience. Marco was quick to respond to messages (on a Sunday night) and was able to get someone out to me the very next morning.
-The first time,Nathan came out to fix a leaking pipe. He was on time, very professional, and left everything looking nice and neat. (Pictures attached)
-Today, Erik came out to check out my clogged bathtub. Turned out the clog cleared itself out and no work was necessary. He did not charge me for coming out and was also professional and on time. 100% recommend
