The business began in West Salem with Cline Conner running Special Plumbing from his house, then in 2002, he introduced a residential service sector known as Classic Plumbing Solutions.
Understanding that customers want a service provider they can trust to respect their home, family, and schedule, he established a policy of hiring only reliable technicians who undergo background checks and drug screening.
He also identified the need for ongoing, professional training to maintain high standards.
Because of Cline’s strong groundwork, after his fatal motorcycle accident in 2005, the staff continued the business’s mission without interruption.
From the initial phone call to the final handshake, we work to surpass customer expectations on every plumbing repair or replacement.
Renee' has deep roots in West Salem, where she continues to live.
Her plumbing education began in 1987 with mentorship from her father, Gene Hill, and uncle, Cline Conner.
Since acquiring the company in 2005, she has been dedicated to maintaining its standards and reputation.

Rhonda K.called out for a basic drippy shower head. ""plumber"" only replaced washers. Didn't even put on the new shower head which he was asked to do. Next day use of the shower that he said was fixed Involved 3 new problem!!! low pressur, unable to control temperature and inability to turn the water off. For all of this a charge of $281. Almost 300 bucks to not fix and make a shower completely unusabl!!!!!!! seriously?
