At Classic Plumbing Solutions, we commit to delivering plumbing services with truthfulness, integrity, and expertise, ensuring our clients feel secure in choosing us as their plumber and eager to refer us to their friends and family.
The business began in West Salem with Cline Conner running Special Plumbing from his house, then in 2002, he introduced a residential service sector known as Classic Plumbing Solutions.
Understanding that customers want a service provider they can trust to respect their home, family, and schedule, he established a policy of hiring only reliable technicians who undergo background checks and drug screening.
Continuous, professional training was another priority he established to ensure quality service.
Thanks to the solid foundation Cline built, when he tragically passed in a motorcycle accident in 2005, the team was prepared to uphold the company’s legacy.
We strive to exceed client expectations from the first contact through project completion on all plumbing fixes and installations.
Renee' has deep roots in West Salem, where she continues to live.
Her plumbing education began in 1987 with mentorship from her father, Gene Hill, and uncle, Cline Conner.
She assumed control of the business in 2005 and honors the opportunity to continue its legacy.

Rhonda K.called out for a basic drippy shower head. ""plumber"" only replaced washers. Didn't even put on the new shower head which he was asked to do. Next day use of the shower that he said was fixed Involved 3 new problem!!! low pressur, unable to control temperature and inability to turn the water off. For all of this a charge of $281. Almost 300 bucks to not fix and make a shower completely unusabl!!!!!!! seriously?
