Cline Conner established this business from his home in West Salem and originally operated under the name Special Plumbing until he introduced a home service division in 2002 known as Classic Plumbing Solutions. Realizing that homeowners desire a dependable service provider they can trust who respects their family, home, and time, he established a practice of hiring only reliable technicians who have passed background checks and drug screenings. He also recognized the importance of ongoing, professional training. Due to the strong groundwork Cline laid for his company, following his fatal motorcycle accident in 2005, the existing team was able to carry on his legacy. We work to go beyond customer expectations for plumbing repairs or replacements from the first interaction to the final farewell!

Having been mentored in the plumbing industry by my father, Gene Hill, and my uncle, Cline Conner, it was a seamless transition to assume control of the company after Cline's untimely death in 2005. Cline dedicated 25 years to building a strong foundation with exceptional employees who remain with us today!
