Cline Conner established this business out of his house in West Salem and initially ran under the name Special Plumbing until he launched a residential service division in 2002 called Classic Plumbing Solutions. Recognizing that clients seek a reliable service company for their homes who values their family, residence, and time, he developed a standard of hiring only dependable technicians who have passed background checks and drug screenings. He acknowledged the need for consistent, professional training. Due to the strong groundwork Cline laid for his company, when he tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident in 2005, the current staff could continue his legacy. Our company aims to exceed client expectations for plumbing repairs or replacements from the initial call to the final goodbye!

Being guided in the plumbing business by my father, Gene Hill, and my uncle, Cline Conner, it was a logical progression to lead the company following Cline's fatal accident in 2005. Cline spent 25 years establishing a great foundation with the finest employees who continue to work with us today!
