Classic Plumbing is a class act! Honest, efficient, helpful and cost effective. My friend had a leaking water heater which is in her kitchen area. It was not too bad and was caught early. She called Casey late afternoon and he scheduled someone to come out first thing the next morning since we were going to buy the new water heater that evening. Danny and Joe showed up and were very professional. They removed the old water heater, cleaned up and dried the area. Unfortunately, when they opened the box, they found that the water heater needed to be a slim water heater, not the standard we had bought. They called Casey and told him what was going on. Casey called my friend, who was working, and after Casey doing some online research, gave her some options of where she could buy a slim water heater. He told her he could get her a similar water heater for her, have his guys bring it and install later in the afternoon. The guys came back with the new water heater, installed it and hauled away the old one. Casey's price was less than every other plumber we called, including Lowe's and Home Depot. Casey went above and beyond to help get this job done as quickly as possible and was true to his word on pricing!

Casey has been our plumber for over 10 years. He is consistently responsive and quick to our home when we need it and he does excellent work. Casey and his crew are people of honesty and integrity. I have always received fair charges for their work and they have been honest with me regarding my options. I can fully trust them. Most recently I asked him to come look at my tankless hot water heater as our hot water had stopped working. We found out one of our surf boards had unplugged the hot water heater and they just plugged it back in. They charged me $0 for making the trip to my home and the trouble. Casey will always be our plumber.

Mike, the technician, showed up exactly when they said he would, fixed the problem, gave me an outstanding price (had gotten another bid that was way too high as I know what the job should have cost). On top of everything, he cleaned up a mess that he did not not even create. Great job guys. 10 stars if I could.
