Ask for GEORGE...he came & in an hour replaced a trap & cleaned the area he worked in to pristine condition...I was pleased with beginning to end. The main call in the morning until the time he arrived, they were great keeping me on what was going on..

There's several reasons why Clark Plumbing deserves 5 stars.  They were very quick with scheduling an appointment. If I need plumbing service...that means I need someone to help fix the issue ASAP.  The staff is super responsive and friendly too.

The main reason why I'm raving about them is because there was a small hiccup with service and the owner called me immediately to address the issue and provided a resolution.  This is how you know a business truly cares about their customers and understands how to make things right.  Thank you!

They came out 3 times to fix the heater in 6 weeks-charging me just under $1000. When I called 2weeks ago to tell them IT STILL DOESNT WORK - they told me they'd get back to me. About 4 days after that I finally got a call back telling me that they are Very busy and had nobody to come out and look at the unit but would get to me as soon as they could. Nobody ever cared enough to call me back and I've been freezing for 2 weeks. I've given them a lot of business over the last 7yrs - I guess it doesn't matter. So - I lost $1000 on incompetent people. But at least I know to move on to a company that cares and will get the job done.

Terrible. Clark had been servicing my hydronic heating system in my apartment building in Kings Beach for a number of years. I recently called them for service a number of times and they never returned the calls. Finally a technician called me and said Clark no longer serviced those systems but that he would help me. I made several appointments but he never showed up. Meanwhile my tenants were cold for 2 weeks. If they had only told me in the first place they no longer serviced these systems it would have saved everyone a lot of grief. It took a lot of effort to find someone to help me. I wish I could give this company zero stars.

I called Clark to fix our heater which had failed during the coldest period so far this winter. George came out, checked it, and announced that the blower fan motor had failed. And since the unit was only 4 years old, spare parts would be hard to find. A few hours later he called back and said he'd located one and even drove out to the San Gabriel area to pick it up. (This was the Friday before Christmas, so waiting for the part to be delivered would have meant several more nights without heat.) Thanks to George for going the extra step to restore our heat quickly (now that the temperature is back up over 80 :-) ).

I called Clark's after going back and forth with the plumbers from my home protection plan American Home Shield. None of the plumbers from AHS would help me with my problem. I called Clark's feeling defeated thinking this was a lost cause. The management and receptionist were always very friendly and diligent about calling me back. I was able to set up a moving company to help me move my stacked washer and dryer while having Clark's there at the same time to fix the clogged drain behind my washer. George was awesome! He made sure he flushed my lines multiple times and even found a missing component which he thankfully was able to replace right then and there. Thank you Clark's (George in particular), I'm finally able to do laundry after 6 weeks! For all of you out there I highly recommend Clark's and don't ever trust any plumber/AC company from American Home Shield!
