I've used Clark Plumbing in the past...some good experiences and others not so good. But I'm fuming today. Called two days ago because of a clogged sink. Since it was in the laundry room, I figured no rush and asked if I could set up a first window in the morning appointment. They agreed and set it up for 9-11 this morning. At 11 I called and asked where the plumber was. The fellow answering the phone said they were a bit short handed today and he would call and find out where the technicians were. He called back and said they would be there by 12 (I told him I had errands to run) At 1:20 I called back....still no plumbers. The fellow said he'd call again and call me back. I waited 20 minutes for a call back...nothing! So I called another company. I then called Clark to tell them I was canceling. Although I'd spoken to the fellow twice already, he sounded like he had no idea who I was....no apology. Wasted most of the day waiting around for them. I just hope this other company follows through on its promise to be here within the hour. Another review to come!

Initially got a good vibe from the customer service. They showed up to fix a leaking AC they said they fixed it and I was a happy customer. After the AC leaked after one day again, called them again. They come out to fix it and charge more money, that's fine again, no big deal. Pay for both invoices. One week later AC leaks again, this time I call and leave 3 messages. Everytime they have no idea who I am or know about the problem. No call back. Clearly they are not interested, in fixing the problem. Complete waste of money. Never use them.

Best A/C service I ever called. I have a condo thats rented out and I was out of town when the renter's called me. I called Clark Heating and A/C, they gave me an up front price over the phone, fixed the problem for not a penny more, and the A/C is perfect. I gave the number to my tenant and said just call them direct next time there is a problem. I would trust this company.

The worse!! Horrible, unprofessional people. I had an appointment this morning between 8 and 12 to fix a pipe that was leaking. I asked if I could have the first appointment of the day, since I live nearby. I was told that would not be a problem. No one had shown up by 10:30, so I called and was told that the plumber went to a different customer first. They never called to let me know. The office manager told me that he would be at my house between 11:00 and 11:15. Nope. No show. I called again about 11:30, and was ""accidentally disconnected"" since they had no information. Finally at 12, I spoke to the General Manger, Paul. Unfortunately, he did not care in the slightest that I had been waiting for four hours and that his people had screwed up royally. He told me that he would ""send someone out this afternoon"". What? After I have already waited and missed work for FOUR HOURS? No thanks, jerk. They expected me to continue to wait for them and miss an entire day of pay for these morons to get their act together. I told him that I will never use this company again and that they are the worse people that I have ever dealt with. I called another plumber who was at my house within the hour. I am so mad that I wasted four hours waiting for Clark's Plumbing. Do not waste four hours of your own time with these people!!

We called them to make an appointment, they were suppose to come Friday but they were extremely late so we had to reschedule for Monday and again they were late so we canceled them and called another plumber. They waisted our time. We will never use them again.

Near the end of a long summer, our 27 year old A/C was on its last legs. We called Clark Plumbing and Heating to get a quote on a new unit. They had repaired the old one in June, and we were so impressed with the service provided by Jack, we wanted to give them a shot on a new one.

Jack came to the house and gave us a reasonable price and did not try to ""upsell"" to the most energy efficient, stating it would take many years to get the return on investment in the higher unit price. We agreed to the price and an installation date.

On Sept 26, Jack and his assistant Phil showed up right at the promised time. They disconnected the old system. Then a crane came and removed it from the roof and dropped the new one in place. After a total of about 6 hours (exactly what they estimated), we were up and running. Jack and Phil were very courteous and worked hard.

We strongly recommend Clark for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Recently had a leaking bathtub Grohe faucet. Clark sent out a technician who immediately diagnosed the problem as being a worn-out faucet cartridge. Since the technician did not know what kind of cartridge would be needed without taking the old one out and then searching for one that would fit, I did not know how much it would end up costing me, so I gave him a check for the service call and asked him to do nothing else for the time being. I went to Snyder Diamond in Studio City, and the Parts Manager told me he probably had a cartridge that would fit but would need more information. I went back home and dug through old files and finally found the original documentation on the Grohe faucet (1997). I went back to Snyder Diamond and the Parts Manager verified that he had a part in stock, and I purchased it. Bear in mind that this was taking me the better part of a day to do all this. My daughter (who owns the property) called Clark back, and they sent out another technician the next day at no extra cost to install the part for us.; This was a very wonderful experience for me, and I wrote to Clark to tell them what a great team of employees they have and how much I appreciated all that they did to get the faucet to stop dripping. I am a long-time customer of Clark, and will use them in the future and can recommend them to you as an honest, competent, experienced plumbing company.

My 87 year old mom has a backed up washer and sink. I am put on hold for 5 minutes and then someone picks up who knows nothing about what I told the first person. Should have hung up then. They quote 150 dollars set a time for tomorrow from 10am -12pm. At 11:30 I call because I'm worried. Sure enough the guy will be 30 minutes late. Things go wrong but when they do, the business should call the customer not the other way around. So 12:30 comes and goes at 1:00pm I call up to cancel provide my name they say thanks not even a word to see if they could salvage the call. Now my mom has to go another day because its a weekend and I can get anyone out until Monday.
