I called Clark's after going back and forth with the plumbers from my home protection plan American Home Shield. None of the plumbers from AHS would help me with my problem. I called Clark's feeling defeated thinking this was a lost cause. The management and receptionist were always very friendly and diligent about calling me back. I was able to set up a moving company to help me move my stacked washer and dryer while having Clark's there at the same time to fix the clogged drain behind my washer. George was awesome! He made sure he flushed my lines multiple times and even found a missing component which he thankfully was able to replace right then and there. Thank you Clark's (George in particular), I'm finally able to do laundry after 6 weeks! For all of you out there I highly recommend Clark's and don't ever trust any plumber/AC company from American Home Shield!

George is the best. He moved our washer and dryer into our garage, and did a great job. He's also replaced a toilet and faucet, and both jobs have been flawless. Honest, punctual, and professional. Highly recommended.

We had a previous bad experience with Clark Heating, but decided to give them a second chance. We made an appointment for them to complete maintenance on our heating and air conditioning unit which we made a couple weeks prior. The appointment was purposely made for a specific day...while we would be in town and availabe to let them into our vacant rental house. A Clark representative called two days prior to the appointment to cancel. They said George was on a job that would take a week and he would be unable to make it, and there were no additional technicians to send???? Poor customer service. We will never call them again.

We had a water heater hose break and I direct dialed George.
He was there really quick. Fixed the problem, helped me clean up.
His service was excellent and professional.
If you have a problem call Clark Plumbing and tell them "" send George"" you will be really impressed

Do Not Use Clark Plumbing.

They are a bait-and-switch operation. Their website proclaims--in ALL CAPS--""FREE ESTIMATES."" I booked an estimate time for a small plumbing job at my home, two days in advance.

30 minutes before the appointment time, Clark Plumbing informed me they would not give a free estimate after all. They do not honor the language on the company website. The estimate would actually cost me in excess of $100.

This is after I had arranged time off work to meet with the plumber. I'm sure they bank on bait-and-switched customers simply giving in and paying rather than let their time off be for nought.

I don't deal with shady companies like this. You shouldn't, either.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. In the past, they have been pretty good, but recently the office scheduled an appointment on a day that no one was working. When I called to find out why no one had shown up when scheduled, they sent someone out to see what I needed done. That made me feel a little more hopeful. We scheduled the work to be done the end of the week. Since it was to be a bit of a big job, they said they would arrive early...with a crew. Come that day, no one showed. No one called. I called the office to see if there was a misunderstanding about the day, but the office knew nothing. They said they would leave messages for someone to call me and let me know what was going on. No one called. I am now on hold, because it seems as bad as they are, so is every other company in town.
