Had a clogged bathtub. I've used drano and the like in the past, but you shouldn't overdo it. Reached out to Tai via Yelp at around 9pm on a Friday, got a reply within about 20 minutes that he was available and able to come out and help on Saturday between 10 and 11. I replied that this works.

On Saturday he messaged me that he was on his way and will be arriving in 20, he was at my house right on time. Looked everything over, gave me a great price. Unclogged the drain, inspected under the house, looked over a few fixtures we had a good chat. He left.

Great guy. Will most definitely be calling him for my plumbing needs.

For reference, the faucet under ny shower is leaking and the faucet in my sink does not have enough pressure. So I took pics and videos and got quotes fr multiple companies.
One of those who responded quickly was Mr. Tai. He came to ny house right on time, checked the issues, and even bought for me the required materials from the shop.
He came back and finished the job in a short amount of time!
I was so impressed w his professionalism, friendliness, punctuality, and the aura that I know he will not cheat on his clients! Also, he quoted me less than I expected.
I am a new client and will be his forever client.

We met Tai when he came out to give me a bid for repiping our house. Shortly after, we had some issues with our kitchen sink and needed some new pipes. I reached out to a bunch of plumbers, Tai included and Tai was super responsive and quick. He was able to come out the next day with all the materials and helped us install new pipes. Tai also pointed out that our sink drain was rusted and it should be replaced. We told him to proceed so he went out, got the parts and came right back to install it for us. We also had a leak due to previous plumber installing a pipe that was too short and he went ahead and swapped that out for us for a longer one so the leak won't happen again.

So far, we've been extremely pleased with Tai's prices and workmanship. I recommend him for all your plumbing needs. We are looking forward to working with him for repiping our house.

Everything went well! Tai is prompt, and does excellent work. Very knowledgeable at diagnosing the issues and advising you. He does his best at scheduling you into his day, if it's an emergency he's quite sympathetic in squeezing you into his day. I highly recommend Tai, a very congenial guy who is quite easy to work with makes an unpleasant situation (plumbing problems) easier to tolerate.
