Very friendly and arrived early. I had a clogged drain. I first tried draino, but it didn't work. However from the time I used the draino to the tine CK arrived, the draino did the trick. CK had already arrived but didn't charge anything and gave me some free advice.
I'll def use CK again.

You haven't lived until your four year old's accidental toy went down the toilet situation! We called around and Trieu was very quick to respond. He was able to come out the next morning and fix the problem in less than an hour! Was straight up on pricing and even had an up to date way to pay!

The service that Trieu provided was excellent. He was punctual and courteous. I had a drain pipe from my kitchen break completely off and the piping in the bathroom areas weren't too far behind. He finished the job in a timely manner and his price was fair. The thing I liked most was that he was straight forward no BS type of guy. I usually don't want to waste time to post on yelp. Just check others reviews. This time I think have to write something about This great guy's service.
Here is my story: big customized house, long 200 ft pipe to the tank, from clean-out port.
Thursday I found black water coming out of clean-out, called some plumbing company and individual contractors, most of them dont have time since I can only be home after 5pm. There is only one company came, called $15 xxx, this time the contractor said he can't move the machine over the 1 foot retaining wall. I offered help, he said he has to call another contractor, that will create double labor charge. I have to let him go.

then I called Trieu. he came in 30 mins, he got the same problem, can't move the machine in. the machine is about 400-500lb. But Trieu find a smart way to put the machine in without damage the wall.
Before he start, he stated all the charges, if the snake wont work, what he will use and how much it will cost. tell the truth, not expensive at all.$99 for the snake, $250 for the hydro jet. I used over 20 plumbers in recent 20 years in Bayarea, I know the price.
The 100 feet snake din't work, then we switched to 200 feet hydro jet, disappointingly not working again. I was giving up. but Trieu re-arrange the truck again, moving it closer to the clean out, about 3 feet more closer. this time it worked! it was the other end of the pipe got blocked, it was in the tank, wrongly designed.

Trieu only charged $250 for the total. it was about 3 hours!

This guy really has a can-do attitude. always think on the clients' side.

Some other plumbers, when you talk to them, you will know what they want is easy job, $30 mins work, take money and go.
I said to Trieu at the last, I learnt from him a lot today, not the plumbing skill, but also the hard working attitude.
Don't think some job is not worth your time and efforts, you will gain what you paid. even though when you have a lot of clients and reputation someday in yelp, keep the good work and good attitude, you will be finally successful. This is to encourage me myself as well.

Last summer my sewer line started backing up, so I used my neighbors plumber to snake my line clean from my one and only 2-inch clean out.

My neighbor and I couldn't remember the name of the plumber we used last summer, so I went on the Nextdoor App to find a recommended plumber and had them come out to re-snake my line. They came out and tried to unclog my line from the 2-inch clean out, then offered hydro jetting it from my roof vent, but that the hydro jet equipment would have to accompany them on my foam roof. I didn't like this idea cause it could damage my roof, so I passed on the service. Plus it would of cost me extra for the hydro jet and video inspection .

After my disappointing experience with Nextdoor's recommendation, I got a call from Trieu with CK Plumbing to stop by for free to assess my situation and give me a price to unclog my sewer line.

I explained to Trieu what the previous plumber attempted to do and that I was not happy with giving up $150 for nothing. Trieu figured out very quickly what needed to be done and offered to hydro jet the line to clear the blockage then video the line to find out what caused it for $350. His hydro equipment did not have to accompany him on my roof which I liked, and his video camera equipment was light weight.

Trieu made sure that I was there every step of the way during the process especially during the video inspection to make sure I witnessed the tree roots entering through the pipe joints causing and marked the best location location to install a larger clean out in line with house main line.

He marked the clean out location including the depth of my main line and gave me a price to install the clean out and cut the roots out with a roto-bit.

Trieu is my man and saved me again when my kitchen and laundry line backed up flooding my garage the next day. Trieu was at my house within an hour and cleared the line and made sure that it didn't compromise his previous effort on the main line.

I totally recommend using CK Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

This review is overdue. We had our water heater go out back in mid-February. Another company not worth naming wouldn't come by to help us without our landlord being present and we didn't have time to wait. Our landlord was ok with letting us handle it ourselves without him being there.

So I called CK Plumbing and Tai was out within 30 minutes. Turns out it was a thermocouple that needed replacing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! The price was very reasonable.

I hope we don't need his services again, but if we did, I'd call him.

Triu was amazing! Had a minor bathroom repair on an old house (which should have been a clue that it wouldn't be minor!), and Triu showed up within an hour, with a positive and can-do attitude and all his tools. Rust and disintegration of toilet bolts complicated things but he handled it beautifully and finished within 2 hours for a reasonable fee. I'm now looking around the kitchen and other bathrooms to see what else I could ask him to repair, now that I've found an honest, affordable and competent plumber!
