I can't say enough good things about Tai at CK Plumbing.

I thought I had a water leak somewhere from the main water line from my house to the street but couldn't be sure because the valve to the main line was broken. I called CK Plumbing to come take a look. Tai showed up, took a look, and said that most likely that is where the slow leak was but couldn't be sure until the valve was replaced. He gave me a quote for replacing the valve and for fixing the leak by digging a trench and placing a new water line. I was going to be gone for the weekend and he was going to do the work while I was gone.

Upon my return, I saw that the valve on the main line had been fixed but there was no sign of a new line installation. When I spoke with Tai, he said that he didn't do the work because the was sure that the leak was not in that area and that it must be somewhere inside the house. He could have easily just done the work and I would have never known! He came over at my convenience and took a look around the house. Turns out the slow leak that we had been looking for was in one of the toilets. He went out, got the part, came back and fixed it. He also dug out a piece of material that had been jammed into the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

So, he fixed the valve, the toilet, and the disposal and did not change me once cent more than the original quote for replacing the valve on the main water line! All of this with a friendly personality and a warm smile.

The next time I have a plumbing need, I will absolutely call CK Plumbing!

My wife and I had a great experience with Trieu. His patience listening to our concerns and his honesty with what we needed were appreciated! Turned out we didn't need a plumber for our situation and Trieu didn't even charge us for his time even though he spent almost an hour with us looking over our set-up. We have had CK plumbing unclogged our kitchen and bathroom sinks. Trieu is always on time and very professional.

For the bathroom sink, he has to come twice (first time tried snaking, and second time with water jet), but did not want to charge anything until the problem is resolved.

He is very knowledgeable and patient. We strongly recommend CK plumbing. We know who to call the next time we have plumbing issue.

I thought I was in need of a toilet repair so called CK. He was quick to answer and schedule an appointment for the same day. He was right on time and assessed the situation. Turns out I didn't really need a repair, he fixed the problem without having to replace any parts and was in and out in 20 minutes. Also, he did not charge me for the visit. I needed a garden faucet replaced, and called CK Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon because of the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed!

Trieu said he could come by That Evening to fix the problem and quoted a very reasonable price.

He arrived early, fixed the problem in just a very few minutes, and even offered to replace another corroded faucet for a discounted price. SOLD!!

I paid him a little extra in recognition of his prompt response and excellent service.

My main drain pipe was blocked and was backing up the toilets and showers in both my bathrooms so I really needed this unblocked as soon as possible. I tried calling several other plumbing companies, but nobody ever answered the phone. Tai at CK plumbing was the first person who actually answered the phone. After describing my problem, he said he would come by in a couple of hours and unclog the pipe. He was very upfront that if we had a clean out available then the price would be $99, but without a clean out he would have to remove the toilet, Unclog the pipe, and reinstall the toilet for $350. Tai showed up at 10:30 AM exactly on time and immediately went to work, and by 12 noon, my bathrooms were working again. Tai was extremely conscientious about not making a mess, including removing his shoes before coming inside, and carrying all the equipment into the bathroom rather than rolling the equipment across the floors. I give CK plumbing my highest recommendation.

I woke up to spraying leak under the kitchen sink and the tile floor was wet and slick. I was grateful I got there before my 85 year old mother! I called Trieu a little before 8am and he was willing to come out even before his already scheduled 9am job. What a help. The cost was very reasonable and he was very personable. Tai is terrific! He came over the same day since my water heater was leaking water and I was worried about an outrageous water bill. He didn't have the part that needed replacement, turned off my water, left to go get the part at Home Depot & was back quickly. My water heater was fixed within hours of my phone call to him. Trieu from CK Plumbing did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink for a very fair price. He noticed our garbage disposal was leaking, which my husband had noticed before too but it was a small leak so we were ignoring it. Trieu had a brand new Badger 5 garbage disposal in his truck (sealed in the box) and sold it to us and installed it. His price for the garbage disposal was fair (close to the Amazon price) and he gave us a labor discount since he was already at our place. He also gave us advise about how to prevent the clogging issue in the future. I am really happy with his work and would hire him again.
