Trieu from CK Plumbing was great. Process finding CK Plumbing was quick and efficient. Requested a quote via yelp and he responded quickly via yelp message and was able to be at the house in less than an hour (on a Sunday afternoon -when other plumbers weren't available). Trieu did a great job unclogging the kitchen drain, he had to fix the work from previous plumbers and made it easier to snake the drain should there be any clogs in the future. He explained all the work he was doing and recommended actions to avoid future problems. His price was very reasonable and fair and clear before he started any work. His price was half what another plumber quoted and the work perfect (no leaks and the drain works great now). I would definitely recommend CK Plumbing

Fast response and be on time! Tai is really friendly and quick. He installed the strap to separate two pipes and cover the sewer pipe to prevent the touch from the pipe. Also, throughout the inspection, he found pipe problems more and will fix them.

We had an emergency on Friday night.
A shower head started dripping water from a month ago. So, I bought a cartridge to replace it. (I do most of the things on my own - replacing faucet, etc)
But, when I try to open it to replace the cartridge, the rough valve cracked and the problem got much bigger. Since we did not have any separate valve to stop the water for the shower, we had to turn off the water for the whole house.
The leaking shower itself was not a big deal (we did not have to use that shower immediately), but the fact that we had to turn off the water completely made it very difficult to live in.

I contacted 5-6 plumbers that advertised as open late or even 24 hours on yelp with 4.5~5.0 STARs. But, not many of them answered the phone or replied to my quote request through yelp at all. Only a couple of guys replied me, but they were available on Mon morning.

Tai from CK immediately responded by text message. We talked over the phone and he promised to come by 12pm on Sat. I asked for an earlier time and he said 11:30am would be the earliest.

Trieu (Tai's brother) showed up at 11am with a 30 min courtesy call. And, he was able to fix it in a couple of hours.

Unfortunately, we had to open up the outside wall to replace the rough valve, but it was the only way.

I would not say they are the cheapest, but they were very professional and did a great job.

I would call them again when I have another emergency. I hope I wouldn't have to.

We had a clog, search nearby plumber and found Thai( CK plumbing). Thai was very responsive, professional and reasonably priced.
Came to the house within the expected hour and took time to go through the problem until it was completed. Even hose off the dirty area when he was done.

We had a plumbing emergency today because the handle in the tub broke and we couldnt turn off the water. Thankfully my dad was able to shut off the main supply until they came. Trieu was speedy and came on late notice, within an hour he was already at my house. My parents said he was very professional and even gave him a $25 dollar discount! He also taught my dad what to do incase something happens again and they have a job labor warranty for one year! I am giving this feedback on behalf of my parents since they don't have a yelp account. They are grateful for the help! Thanks!! We really reccomend CK Plumbing!!

Tai came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon & fixed my shower in about an hour in total!

In addition, his customer service skills are excellent. He explained what needed to be fixed, his worksite was very clean & he checked in with me after the work was done to ensure it was correct.

To top it all off, his prices were FANTASTIC! Much less then previous plumbers I've used for the same issue & way less then some of the quotes I got over the phone. I highly recommend using his services!
