This is the third time I have worked with CJ Plumbing, and all three times, the staff and the plumbers were professional, courteous, and very helpful. Today, Dylan and Liloa came and fixed a water leak I had in the water shut off valve next to my washing machine. They did a great job and knew exactly what to do. Their work was efficient and timely! I'm so grateful I can now do my laundry again, and I do not need to worry about water leaking out of the valve. I definitely recommend CJ Plumbing!

I called CJ Plumbing to fix a leak in my shower that was leaking into the bathroom below. They were quick to respond, and scheduling an appointment was easy. The plumber arrived promptly and was able to quickly pinpoint the source of the leak. I had him replace the old copper pipes and shower handles. The entire job took less than three hours, and the plumber made sure to check the shower thoroughly to ensure there were no other leaks. The service was professional, and the plumbers were courteous. I won't hesitate to use CJ Plumbing again in the future!

The first several times they were: good, then no so good, plumber had bad attitude and was in a very bad mood and it showed. Off personal was less than caring. I will never use CJ Plumbing again.

This company is definitely hit or miss and the reviews basically say the same. First off they repaired the wrong unit and we thought, ""ok, mistakes are made, however we failed to go look at the work that was done (our mistake)."" When they finally got around to doing the correct unit, additional work needed done, which required a proposal and a return trip at another time. Three weeks after the initial work had begun, the final work commenced and after looking at the final result, we could've sworn, they were attending plumbers trade school. Thank goodness for security footage because it looked pretty apparent that the individuals doing the work were apprentices. Never mind that they showed up looking like they're on their way to the beach for their next stop. Never knew a plumbers normal attire was rubber slippers either. Guess they missed OSHA class also or maybe never even got there yet if they're still apprentice 1 level. In trying to find out how long they stayed there, I kept missing how they left the building until I looked at one specific camera. The van driver, who I'm assuming was the journeyman, drove down to the unit and they passed over the supplies to him and then they BOTH JUMP OVER THE WOODEN FENCE to exit the unit. Say what ????? Yeah, so now I know why the lanai door was unlocked and ajar for days on end. And we got ALL THIS FOR A $700 something dollar proposal. One word..........RICO

It was a very easy and wonderful experience! In making an appointment to the service itself, they were extremely helpful, informative, kind, and speedy!!! I didn't expect to get an appointment the day I called nor that the job would get done on the same day and so quickly at that, but Tim was very nice to give me an appointment a few hours after I spoke with him. When they arrived (earlier than expected! :)), they did a great job in a very timely manner. The plumber they sent, Jonny, was wonderful to work with and he was the best! He was very pleasant to talk to and informative in explaining the work he did. He made a diagnosis quick and finished his work fast with high-quality! He even cleaned up well afterwards and was very professional. The team at CJ Plumbing was on top of it!!! I would highly recommend their services and definitely will use them again in the future. Mahalo to them for all their kindness and wonderful work!
