Excellent service - Tim and Vicki in the office are super nice, kind and responsive. Two workers who came to do different jobs at different times were Mike and Gus. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Prices are very fair and I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I emailed CJ Plumbing around 8 AM-ish this morning and described to them the problem I was having with my bath tub draining really slow, almost it becoming standing water. (Yeah, I had to ask favor from friends to take a shower at their house.) By 9AM, Tim was already calling to touch base and to get more information. Long story short, they had open availability today and the team that specializes in the issue I have was scheduled. Michael and Nano are the heroes of the day! They worked quickly and got out whatever was causing the slow drain (yo, it was a lot of hair and the plastic cover of a shaver! ). I'm so happy with CJ's service that I immediately called Tim to express my satisfaction. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing!

Today John came back (by himself) to take care of the job that he was left with, l found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and commendable attitude for a serious job- to help my neighbor get hot water to shower for her exercise class on Monday

The Resident Manager informed me that my unit was leaking into the neighbors downstairs. I called CJ Plumbing after reading the great reviews and confirming A+ status with BBB. CJ Plumbing was quick to investigate and recommend a solution. The part I needed was out of stock and would take several weeks to come in. I called around to other plumbers but it would cost me more money so I waited. Upon receiving the part, CJ Plumbing installed it the very next day. Vicky and Tim, in the office, were excellent in answering my questions and concerns. I appreciate this company and will continue to use them in the future.

06/10/24. 3pm really terrible customer service. call make appointment a with a female on the phone. confirm the appointment before hang up. when come to the day of appointment, no one come. called up the office and check to see if the appointment still on. female answered the phone said there no appointment make for me. wtf . i call out my other job so i can rush home early for no appointment. no one take responsibility for the mistake. apologies not going to help anything cause no one coming to fix the problem that i make appointment for. never ever recommend anyone for this company to anyone. you want ppl to make appointment but in return you no log is on your schedule book. so what the point of telling your customers to make appointment for . wasting my time and money that i can make for that day. .

I had CJ Plumbing come out to our unit yesterday 1/23/2024 because our toilet was leaking water to the downstairs unit. He was very quick and efficient and very knowledgeable. He doubled check to make sure he fixed the issue and also took the time to make sure my shower was not a problem before leaving. They have a lifetime customer here.

I am 74 years old and disabled. I woke up to find that I had no water. C J Plumbing was working at a home in my neighborhood and gave the Board of Water Supply the wrong address. They had MY water turned off. BWS said it was my responsibility to find the plumber who did that because BWS assumed the plumber would know where he was at, and only he could authorize turning the water back on, so I had to talk with him. BWS finally found the plumber and sent him to my home and he yelled, ""Ohhh Aunty.....they wenʻ turn off da water for da wrong house."" As he said that, I still had no water. They do NOT care about who they have inconvenienced and they were too lazy to verify the address they were at. The home they are working at is 100 feet away from my home and it has a different address. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate!
