This review is overdo as the work was done in November 2020. Johnny and Joey whom we hired to unclogged the kitchen sink due to rusted, clogged, and cracked pipes did not disappoint. This was our first time using Citywide, and they were recommended by a family member. We had a clogged sink for days and needed to find a plumber. Johnny came highly recommended by my cousin who had used their services a few times. First, they were on time. I don't think I have ever experienced this from anywhere which is a good first impression. This shows he cares about his business and his clients. Johnny looks at what needs to be done and they both worked immediately. They were fast, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. Doesn't hurt that they have a sense of humor, and I felt comfortable asking questions. I can't comment on the price as we trusted our cousin's recommendation and it needed to be done. So glad we put our trust in hiring them. Every five star review here is true!

My toilet wasn't working water was spraying everywhere. I called Citywide Plumbing and they were able to come over right away to fix the issue. They were fast and reliable, I will definitely use them again!

A couple of days ago, I was having difficulty igniting the water heater pilot light. I called Johnny and he said that he would come by the house to inspect the water heater within an hour. Fortunately, I was able to ignite the pilot light. This is typical of the service and responsiveness characterized by Johnny and his company.

Our toilet was clogged for three days and I tried everything from plunging to hot water and soap but noting help. So I decided to send a message to CityWide Plumbing and request a quote. I told them the situation about the clog and leak coming out from the base of the toilet and they gave me a quote to remove the toilet and place a new seal and reinstall. Johnny came in but because of the small space he couldn't lift the toilet but instead just unclog the toilet to which I was grateful. He ended up charging me half of the original price and suggested a new toilet installation because the current toilet was in bad shape. Overall, he was friendly, knew the COVID protocol even wore booties inside the home. Normally you would imagine I would give less than 5 stars because of the unfulfilled work but because of the situation he still managed to get half the job done and charged me a fair price. I will more likely hire them again for the new toilet installation. #fivestars

Johnny was on time and very professional. He quickly determined that the leak in my ceiling was coming from above the cast iron pipe. He poured some water down a drain above to see if that was the source, but it wasn't. He informed us that we need a water proofing specialist rather than a plumber. He could have done what other plumbers did--quote me a few hundred bucks to replace the pipe coupler, but he was honest to advise us that plumbing wouldn't fix this leak and to never accept estimates or hire plumbers without onsite inspection. I will call them for any future plumbing needs!

This is a long overdue super awesome 5-star review of Johnny / Citywide Plumbing. Johnny has helped me with drains, leaks, water pressure, and installs at our home since 2014. He always responds quickly and always shows up when he says he will. He is considerate and always helpful with whatever the problem is.

Not only has Johnny helped me with multiple plumbing situations, but I am feeling especially grateful right now because of two recent challenges: first, our contractors covered over our water valve, but Johnny figured it out so we can replace our dying fridge, and the second being an emergency water overflow at my mother's place and Johnny came out and cleared it up pronto. He is great!
