Johnny is the best. I had destroyed my garbage disposal by putting Drano in it for ten years (yes, I'm an idiot) and water was leaking all over my kitchen floor. Johnny was on-the-spot literally within a couple of hours and fixed me up with a brand new disposal in a flash. While he was there, he even ungunked our bathroom sink (free of charge) and showed me how to do it myself with a cheap zipper snake you can get on Amazon for a couple of bucks. Now that's great customer service!

Johnny has helped me twice now with two different water heater diagnoses and replacements. Both times he has been prompt, neat, and efficient. Pricing has been reasonable and honest as well. Will definitely be going with Citywide in the future for plumbing needs.

Johnny did a great job fixing our drain problem. I was quoted $295.00 to unclog our drain. When he couldn't get it unclogged he had to open the wall. He said that would cost more. He proceeded to open the wall and fixed the problem. Cost more! $675.00 for 1 hours work. You are correct. Two other people came out and couldn't get it unclogged.

Citywide was great.  Tune came out and was able to determine the pooling water in my neighbor's and my yard was not from a broken line on our property as the city of San Francisco was suggesting.  City of San Francisco wanted a report from a licensed plumbing company.  We were then able to show San Francisco Water Citywide's report and then have the City of San Francisco come back out to do a water test in order to determine if it was groundwater or a leak from a main up the hill.  Citywide was amazing in not charging us since they said they did not have to do much other than write a report and their was nothing to give an estimate of. Thank you Citywide!

You will not be disappointed by the service from Citywide Plumbing . Johnny is on time , wears shoe covers , and completes job in timely manner and as promised . He did a great job upgrading our shower faucet from its retro style of separate hot and cold knobs to one handle, and fixed our Kitchen water pressure which required some re-piping. Aww so nice to have water pressure again ! It was a tremendous value to our home. And when we had a clogged sewer system , I happened to call Afterhours , Johnny was going to come help us anyway despite he was going on vacation next day and needed a good night sleep . Thank you Johnny ! I know you're not emergency plumbing service but thank you all the same.

Citywide told me 11-3 and was here at 11:15 and out in half an hour. We had a leaky sink someone had already ""fixed"" [don't have your handyman do anything it doesn't work y'all] and immediately diagnosed and fixed it with a part in his truck for $325.

Best yet, he's super honest. He tried to help me fix the sink by phone when I called him for free before he came over and charged me. Really lovely dude!

Johnny from Citywide has come through in the clutch! Citywide, for the win, again! Had a water heater leak, and the home warranty insurance would not cover replacement until I replaced some old, single walled venting that connected to the water heater. Johnny came out, scoped the project, and he and a co-worker, came out to fix it quickly, even though the necessary sized piping was tough to find. He got finished with the job an hour earlier than estimated, cleaned up quickly, and when my water heater installer that was assigned by my insurance company came to install the water heater, he said that my plumber did ""a perfect job""! Johnny even left an extre pipe piece for the water heater installer. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks Johnny!

This review is overdo as the work was done in November 2020. Johnny and Joey whom we hired to unclogged the kitchen sink due to rusted, clogged, and cracked pipes did not disappoint. This was our first time using Citywide, and they were recommended by a family member. We had a clogged sink for days and needed to find a plumber. Johnny came highly recommended by my cousin who had used their services a few times. First, they were on time. I don't think I have ever experienced this from anywhere which is a good first impression. This shows he cares about his business and his clients. Johnny looks at what needs to be done and they both worked immediately. They were fast, efficient, professional, and did excellent work. Doesn't hurt that they have a sense of humor, and I felt comfortable asking questions. I can't comment on the price as we trusted our cousin's recommendation and it needed to be done. So glad we put our trust in hiring them. Every five star review here is true!

My toilet wasn't working water was spraying everywhere. I called Citywide Plumbing and they were able to come over right away to fix the issue. They were fast and reliable, I will definitely use them again!
