Johnny was a God sent... He is very professional. He takes pride in his work & he will also educate you on all plumbing issues your facing. He arrived on time with a great attitude. Often you will not receive the proper customer service needed to create the balance of currency exchange, with Johnny you do. I didn't feel that he was trying to hustle me or take advantage of me. In fact, he did all he could to keep the expenses within my budget. I highly recommend Johnny for any if not all your plumbing issues.

Johnny was fast, very professional, responsive, efficient and friendly. He was very flexible and accommodating with his schedule. He was able to locate the source of a shower leak that we had been troubleshooting for over a year! We had several plumbers and other professional come to diagnose the problem, and everyone else was quoting an outrageous amount and made the issue seem larger than it turned out to be. He also replaced our dryer gas connector with a longer one, so that it would be easier to move the dryer to get behind the shower panel. He cleaned up afterwards, and was very reasonable with his pricing.

We are so grateful to Johnny. I would HIGHLY recommend Citywide Plumbing.

My place had a few plumbing issues and rather than deal with it, we just did work arounds. Well, when one of those issues became a faulty toilet valve, it was time to get things done. Luckily Johnny from Citywide Plumbing responded quickly. We did try calling a couple other places first (thanks Yelp) but one was busy for the next week and the other wasn't able to come over until the next day. Johnny was prompt and came early in the two hour window he gave us. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for the three items I needed him to address. Unfortunately he was pretty busy too, but was able to come first thing the next morning to take care of our plumbing problems. We got our water heater leak fixed, our toilet valve fixed and he installed a new shower diverter. The whole time he was courteous and friendly, getting the work done very efficiently and explaining things to my husband as he went along. He wore shoe covers the whole time too which I appreciated. Nice to have someone concerned about keeping his work area clean.

Hopefully I won't need to call him again for a long time, but maybe I'll start thinking about changing out that sink in my kitchen. Highly recommend if you need some professional plumbing help. Johnny's your guy!

Johnny earned all five stars. I have used him for small projects and recently a large project which involved gas lines and venting. He does free estimates, is polite and professional, shows up on time and with the proper equipment, cleans up after himself, charges reasonable rates and backs his work with a warranty. He is my plumber for life.

The typical emergency call for a plumber where we are at their mercy. Our elderly parents needed a water heater in very short order. Johnny was on site within 3 hours, was crystal clear on the needs and cost. He was friendly, helpful and well received by our parents. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Sadly, Citywide does not serve Montara. I'm not sure why, since it is less than a twenty minute drive from Montara to the Daly City BART, and parts of Citywide's service area are much further than that. Be that as it may, Johnny was polite and apologetic in explaining his business policy.

He was able to resolve a nasty clog in my spider-web pipping situation in a short period of time. What's grateful is he would minimize/prevent any mess within that area and would clean up afterwards (if any) . His recommendations to prevent any future pipping issues was much appreciated.
