My brother received a recommendation for Citywide Plumbing through his boss and set up our initial estimate. Johnny did a fantastic job replacing and installing a new toilet. He is a consummate professional, honest, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable when giving advice and suggestions. He was patient and explained each step of the process in clear layman's terms. Johnny was on time for both appointments and was able to replace my toilet in about an hour. I thought his rate was very very reasonable, considering the goofy (ahem, shoddy) remodel the previous owner did to the bathroom.

Extra kudos - I have a 3 floor townhouse and he did a lot of running up and down stairs. He took the time and care to ensure the toilet was installed correctly and warrantied his work for 1 year. Extra awesomeness: he had little shoe covers for inside the house.

Johnny is fantastic! He meets his quote and does wonderful work. He is up front about his plumbing quote and meets it. I cannot recommend Citywide with Johnny more enthusiastically.

JOHNNY CAME TO MY RESCUE!
The water heater for my 7 unit apartment building is located in my office/ workshop. The bottom had rusted through and flooded half the room. I called Johnny in need of a quick installation. He came over within 45 minutes, gave me an estimate and then waited until I got an estimate from the other plumber, which was higher. Johnny was able to get a new Rheem water heater for me that day and install it. They cleaned up after themselves and even vacuumed up most of the water in the carpeting. Johnny is the best! I finally have a great plumber to call on when necessary. His prices are reasonable, he is reliable, skilled, knowledgeable, honest, a pleasure to work with and fair. Best of all, when he tells you he's going to do something, he actually does it. WOW! What a concept - keeping your word. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHNNY AND CITYWIDE PLUMBING FOR YOUR PLUMBING WORK!

Just wanted to stress that Johnny is still awesome. It's about a year later and I lost my invoice from a year ago. I needed it for a reimbursement and he dug it out of his old files and sent it over to me. Really great guy.

Man, Johnny came through again!!! Just installed a new hot water heater for my parents. Called him in the morning, he came out earlier than what he told me, picked up the water heater, and installed it in a matter of hours! Again, highly recommended to all family and friends! Johnny is a great guy to work with. He had a flexible schedule, shows up on time and did a great job installing a new gas line for an outdoor BBQ area. He took the time to walk me through my options for running the line, gave and estimate and stuck to it. I even had an additional request for him day of the install and he was able to complete the extra work for a little above the original estimate. I am coming back to Citywide for all my plumbing needs.

Johnny's the man! He just came by and fixed our warehouses leaking toilet. We had another plumber come out and attempt to fix this toilet about 6 months ago, but with no results. Johnny quickly diagnosed what the issue was and explained the solution to us in detail. He did exactly what he said he would do, and now the toilet is as good as new. Johnny is a man of his word. He really goes over and above to assure that the customer (that's me) is happy and satisfied. I hired CWP to complete a bathroom remodel and when I pressed to get some help installing fixtures he accommodated to help me get the job done (I'm not a fan of contractors or dealing with people in my home). The plumbing was not easy, as the new space was a little far from the other bathroom. One plumber rejected the job entirely - another said I'd need a special toilet to properly function. Johnny hooked me up with the standard toliet that I wanted and I've not had any problems.

I understood the problems the other plumbers identified and Johnny showed me how he solved each of them. The bigger issue ended up being the venting which unfortunately Johnny had to do twice as the first time he came out the wall and I needed him to go out the roof. (That was due to a miscommunication where we both thought we understood, but ended up not). Handling that miscommunication really sold me on Johnny. Rather than him being upset or charging me extra to 'fix' what was arguably something I agreed to, Johnny and his brother just made it right and didn't look back or make me feel badly. Johnny and his brother were neat and respectful and punctual. I dread having workers in my home and dealing with contractors... If they were all like Johnny I'd almost look forward to it!

I highly recommend CWP, it's a family operation that is run with high moral and technical skills. A completely satisfied customer.

Needed a plumber ASAP as our appliance was being installed and a plumbing issue needed fixing before they could continue. Called Johnny and he and his brother came within 1.5 hours. On time also!!! It wasn't a large job, but it went smooth and as expected and finished within his estimated time. Very satisfied!
