LADIES! A COMPANY WE CAN TRUST!
These guys are the best. They helped me when I was in a world of hurt. My A/C was not working and American Home Shield sent me to someone that said their soonest appointment was two weeks out. We are in a Heat Wave that is breaking records daily!!!
A friend recommended City Wide Services and they came the next day and fixed everything for an extremely reasonable price. I'm dropping American Home Shield and I won't use anyone else for A/C, Plumbing and anything else I can get these guys to do for me.
They are honest, kind, compassionate and they know their stuff inside and out. They are the best!!!

My HAC was not working , not cooling. I called Citywide to come and check my HAC out. And they came right out and checked it out and determine I needed a new coil. Citywide scheduled a date to put it in. I recalled and scheduled an earlier date,which was no problem. They came out and put in a new evaporator coil. The technicians were friendly, fast and very professional. They put in the new coil. Checked to make sure the HAC was cooling and cleaned up the area. I am very happy with their service and I'm very cool. I recommend Citywide HIGHLY. Thank you Citywide Ruthie

City Wide Services removed a monster of a whole house fan that was built into the attic floor and hallway ceiling. The built factor was a surprise on the job. They solved the problem by sawing the frame to remove it and then could remove monster fan. They beautifully cleaned up the mess from that too. Also did great solid temporary cover over entry because some work in attic will be done. After all that surprise extra work, the cost was no higher than the bid. The owner came by to be sure everything was ok ... and it was. City Wide Services are HONEST, expert in their work, personable, professional! I recommend them highly. Our air conditioning was not draining. This caused a leak through the ceiling and the ac to turn off every two days till I bailed the water out of the overflow pan. Multiple visits by another company did not fix this. We then called City Wide AC and Heating. They found and fixed the problem. Three days later, the AC works great and the overflow drain pan is not filling with water. We should have called City Wide AC and Heating first. I will in the future.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Our AC went out in the intense heat of July with a baby at home. CityWide was quick to respond and was on the situation promptly. Jacob walked me through his entire assessment of our situation. He was on the phone tirelessly working with multiple vendors locating the equipment we needed for our repair. The next evening, Ernest sent Jacob and a team of amazing guys out to our house after they already had a long day to make sure that our family was comfortable. Thank you so much Jacob, Ernest, and everyone else who went above and beyond to help us in this extremely stressful situation. Will definitely be a customer for life and will recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

They're INCREDIBLE!! They showed us and fixed what was installed incorrectly at our house. The team stayed until 2100 doing a install to get us up running with AC for our baby in July. Mike and his crew were attentive and communicated well. When buying an AC it's clearly a big decision with little clear information to draw from. Heard about Citywide from a friend and after my experience I understand why my friend suggested their service. For me, it was an informative experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I would like to leave the following review for City Wide Services that is long overdue from my first experience, and my just recent experience as of today. I would like to preface this with the fact that I have not been asked to write this review, nor given a discount of services for it. If you are looking for someone genuine to be honest with you about your AC issues & not waste your time; please read the following experiences I have encountered with City Wide vs. other places.

We purchased a home 8 months ago that is only 3 years old. Due to only owning the home for 8 months, we were still under the home warranty that you receive when purchasing a home. Regretfully, I called our warranty service to save money (since it was covered), and they had a company come out a week after I requested it. I paid $50 for the guy to just come out and look at it and received the following quote for $425
" repairs needed to get your unit working properly, 1- you need an additional transformer so you control board does not get over amped. 2- new control wire needs to be ran from the transformer to engage the motorized damper you guys have (which we didn't install and that's why it is unfortunately not covered its considered pre-existing, new wire ran from furnace to motorized damper is $150.00, new transformer is $275.00 please let us know if you guys would like to proceed w/these necessary fixes"
Mike came out and immediately saw that the ductwork was not connected in the attic. AC was up and running in 30 minutes... and for $150. I won't say the company's name, because I don't want to be ugly about someone else's business as it could have been an "off day"- but I will say this- Go with Mike at City Wide and know you will only have to fix it once and that you are in good hands.

Our AC went out over the weekend (during hot of summer) in a home that we were renting at the time, while I was 8 months pregnant & with a 1 year old. There are no words to explain the heat in our home we were experiencing and the lack of care my landlord had for us as it was the weekend. We reached out to Mike at City Wide expecting we would need to wait until after the weekend, or at least until the next day as he didn't even finish his last job until after 6pm. This was not the case, he came straight to our house and had it cooling off within the hour. I have NEVER been so grateful to someone in my entire life. You don't know how much it means to be able to trust someone with not only your home, but your family in times like these when you are worried about what next step to take.
