Tyrone Manuel is the best! He is the only professional that I will use for my AC and heating system maintenance. He is at the very top of the mountain. I also find him to be trustworthy. He follows the book, provides great advice, and takes care of your property by wearing shoe covers, etc. You can't go wrong with Tyrone. He is an outstanding maintenance specialist. We love him dearly.

Mike and his team at citywide are honest, punctual and and always go above and beyond. They work hard, even on holidays! They never oversell you for something you don't actually need. As a first time home owner I wanted to know everything about my A/C unit to make sure it didn't go out after ten years- Mike taught me basic maintenance and was super patient as I asked all my dumb questions. Best of all, there yearly maintenance service is affordable.

We have used City Wide Services for both our recent heat and A/C repair needs. Service is friendly and quick. Explanations for what went wrong were thorough and easy-to-follow as some of the "repairs" were user error rather than damages that we now know how to avoid. Had our A/C stop working on a Sunday afternoon in July, and we were lucky to find City Wide was open. Within an hour, Mike came by and fixed the problem in no-time, for a very reasonable price. Citywide you are the best! We have been using Citywide for many years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. Mike the owner is very professional and operates the company with honesty and integrity. Their technicians are knowledgeable, dependable and they always respectful of our home too. As a Realtor I have referred them many times with no complaints.

In the past, we used several companies that tried to take advantage of us by telling us we needed to replace items that really didn't need to be replaced. Citywide has always given us honest answers and we've never felt like they were trying to pad the bill. They let us know if they see something that could become a future problem and have taken the time to show us ways to keep our HVAC running efficiently. With Citywide, we know we are getting excellent service backed by a reputable company that is locally owned.

We especially love their maintenance program. Their maintenance program provides an HVAC check up twice a year to keep your HVAC running efficiently. Many people don't realize this but if your system isn't running efficiently, you are paying for that every month in higher utility bills.

This is our second time calling City Wide and they have been amazing! They respond within an hour to your home and provide very friendly service. The technicians also take time to explain the repair and costs are very reasonable!

The owner Mike was quick to respond and communicative, and our plumber Alex went above and beyond--even calling the city at one point when they needed to get involved--to get our issue fixed as quickly as possible. Alright y'all, we have used all sorts of companies that were sent by our home warranty company - but none have ever been this super!

You see we dropped our warranty service a few years ago and called Citywide. They came in an instant like The Flash! They were friendly and neighborly like Spider-Man. And most of all, they didn't seem like jokesters with quick fixes and no explanation - instead they had a plan, gave us options and had their own devices to do the job like Batman.

Lastly, like most AC issues, we always needed them during the summer and on the weekends when we most vulnerable. Thankfully for us, they are committed to their clients and try to do everything in their power to help us out. They came again today even :)

I never wrote a review for them before but we have been using them for years and thought it was finally time to put them in the spotlight because they never fail to amaze us.

I've had an annual contract with Citywide for a few years. They come out twice a year to services my A/C and furnace. I've always been very happy with their level of professionalism, quick response time and the value. I also appreciate that Mike and the staff will talk you through a problem and give you options, rather than trying to sell you a new A/C every time. My system is still kicking after 13 years, I'll replace it when I have to, but am glad Citywide continues to provide good service until that time.

my ac went out and citywide was highly recommended by several of my friends maybe I caught them on a bad day but I was not impressed with the service what so ever they told me my whole unit needed to be replaced, I called another company to come out and they told me it just needed a new fan that the fan motor wasn't working so they replaced the fan and it was back up and running in no time glad I called around otherwise I would have replaced my whole unit when all it needed was a new fan.
