Great experience! Cody was able to come out and service our AC unit less than 24 hours after I made the request over the weekend (!!). He was able to solve our problem quickly and even gave us a heads up on things to plan for in the future. I will definitely use their services again!!

Very fair, professional, and thorough. Mike explains everything in an easy to understand manner. Thanks for the Freon and I'll be calling you for our new HVAC system down the road.

City Wide rocks! Having AC problems in the Texas summer is no fun...especially when you're 8+ months preggo. City Wide was able to come out the same day I called and fix our problem pretty quickly.
Mike was friendly and thorough. He explained the issue, as well as what to look out for in the future. He didn't push unnecessary services/products on us like other AC companies we've used. The cost was extremely reasonable. Thank you City Wide!

This company is the absolute best! I called for a quote at 2 pm this afternoon and less than three hours later my air conditioner is already fixed. Their prices were by far the lowest that I was quoted against two other local companies. Cody, the technician, was very friendly and informative. I am so pleased with this company I will use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

These guys are awesome!!! Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Very considerate and helpful. We needed service within 24 hours and not only did they make it happen, they helped us solve a problem that wasn't theirs. Thank you City Wide Services!!! -- Premier Martial Arts Austin TX

I just had city wide come out and fix my AC. I feel the price was fair and the service was excellent. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a couple of hours!!!!! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any and all friends and family.

I had about 30 family members in my house for a wedding celebration... AND MY A/C WENT OUT! Luckily, Mike lives right around the corner. I called him around 1 pm and he came to my house on his way home. Mike analyzed the problem, told me what was happening, fixed the issue, and told me how to fix it in the future. Mike is a stand up guy that will not rip you off and solely believes in helping people - and THAT's why his business is successful and is the ONLY one to choose.
Mike has extensive knowledge on the subjects of HVAC, AC, electrical, and plumbing. Thank God he lives around the corner!
Don't hesitate. This is the only company you should consider!

On a Sunday morning, with temperatures below freezing, the heater wouldn't come on. Off to Yelp I go to find a repairman and read the reviews. I called Citywide and they were here within an hour. A clogged drainage tube was the culprit. Mike had it cleared in no time and showed me how how to keep it from happening again. Exceptional service and great prices will have me calling them the next time I have issues. Thanks again Mike for being an honest and reliable guy.

This company is awful. I recently had my home remodeled after a fire. The general contractor used them for HVAC, plumbing, and electrician work. I will break each issue into separate paragraphs if you care to read. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had. I would not let them touch your house. For your information I don't return things, complain, or write reviews. I am laid back and to be honest this is extra work for me. Although, this review is warranted and needed to save others from horrible contract work.
My first complaint came when I had the internet and cable installed. I told them that they hadn't returned the house to the preexisting condition. They left Ethernet cords without plastic connectors attached and didn't have cable run to the outside area. I was charged by my provider to install this. Citywide said it was not their responsibility and my cable provider said new houses already have this installed. Secondly, there was no Ethernet cord running from my daughters bedroom. I made them aware of this fact about 3 months ago and this job has still not been complete. Also, I find it funny that I have over 30 Ethernet cords running to my hub area but only 7 ports throughout the house.
The next complaint comes with the electrical work. I had certain outlets quit working only a couple of months after installation. The dishwasher breaker kept tripping, a gfi outlet flashing red, and the outlet in my living room didn't work. It took about 4 different trips for this to be fixed which was over the span of 2 months. I also asked for the dishwasher to be properly installed which was never fixed even after several requests. It was never mounted correctly and wobbles every time you open the door. I adjusted the legs but they never screwed the mount into my counter tops.
The next complaint has to do with the air conditioning and water heater. When I first moved in all of the water smelled like rotten eggs. I was told to just run the water for a few hours and it would go away!! HAHA.. Anyways, I tried this with no luck. I researched this issue and it is caused by them never flushing or treating the system. I had year old water sitting in the tank growing all sorts of hazardous things. I then had issues with the pilot light not staying lit. After 2 weeks they decided to install a new water heater (not for free). My garage was a mess! It had metal shavings and black debris left behind. They even used a cardboard box to kneel on and just left it after they finished.
To continue down the plumbing road I had three faucets that were installed incorrectly. The hot water and cold water were reversed. After they came to fix this the faucet started leaking behind the shut off valves. So my drywall and expensive vanity were soaked. It then took them two weeks to come replace the shut off valves. I had fans and extractors running the whole time. It was funny because the water was still leaking even when the fans were going. The boss of the company came to look at this problem. He didn't even fix it he just said someone would be out later in the week. Again this took two weeks to be repaired. My vanity was half ass remediated and I still have large holes in the dry wall where they should have put foam to seal the piping.
My daughters shower also had the hot and cold water reversed. To access the shower they had to cut into the drywall from the master bedroom. They have done this twice already. Both times they have tried to refloat and paint. I'm rolling my eyes now. The last time they came out they shattered my glass bedside table. No note, phone call, or email. I found out when I looked under my bed and dresser to find glass shards everywhere. :)
My last issue has to do with the HVAC services. My air conditioning quit working and their solution was to install another unit(not free) . After the installation it only worked for a few weeks. It quit working and they came to fix it again. I went into the attic to change the filter recently and there is old voltage wiring half ass wired together laying on the walkway. It looks like they needed it longer so they just tied in a longer piece. The piece is like 7 feet too long. The boss of the company told me not to worry about it and shoved it under the unit. After looking closer at the attic I see where they didn't uninstall any previous piping and some wiring from the previous units. The boss said we could do that if you want.........
To summarize I would say that you are better off choosing anyone but this company. Good luck my friends.

Very unpleased with all encounters I've had with this company. Had my condensation line get clogged, called them for help. They came out, incorrectly blew out the lines which resulted in me paying over $200 for nothing. Had a coil leak later on and called them for help again. They came and changed the coil for $1800 and left me with large air leaks around the unit and my condensation line still clogged. Called them back during work hours to ask for them to come help unclog my line and patch the hole and they couldn't fit me in until the next day. I ended up having to get another company out and pay $300 for him to repair some of their errors...then city wide finally came to patch the holes they left and the tech they sent was condescending and half-assed the work. Sorry to say, but I would use a different company if you want something done right the first time. I'd give less than 1 star if I could. The techs seem untrained and don't care about the quality of their work. Also treated me like a "dumb female" when I asked questions.
