Was referred to City Water Conservation by NRT for a unfortunate leak coming up from a pipe that was damaged under the slab. Noor, James, and Jamie came by and fixed our issue. They were all very hardworking, polite, and transparent with what was going on and what they were doing. My wife and I were very pleased with the estimate as well. Great service overall and would definitely go through City Water Conservation for any more plumbing needs for my house. Highly recommended.

I was referred to this plumber by ServPro. Due to an active leak, they were able to squeeze me in without asking! Noor arrived to my unit, accessed the situation and determined that it was a leak caused by the upstairs unit. I've been having lots of trouble with my ""lovely"" uncooperative neighbor, so unfortunately, Noor had to wait for an hour to access upstairs unit.

I am very fortunate for City Water Conservation, since all local plumbers were completely booked for weeks! Noor fixed the issue and provided a very detailed report which I will be using to conduct subrogation. Jeremy who scheduled my appointment was very polite and helpful as well. He triaged my situation and told me I needed emergency services due to an active leak. The guidance was very helpful, being a first time property owner!

Jordan and Daniel were fantastic! A pop-up for my in-floor pool filter was broken and needed to be replaced. I have replaced several thru the years, but this repair required scuba gear. Jordan and Daniel showed up early and quickly repaired the pop-up in a hail storm. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. 5 stars for the work and an extra star for their professionalism.

City Water Conservation has instrumentation that allows for fast location of underground leaks in pipes. This saves time, money and secondary repairs to the property after the project. Mike communicated with us on an ongoing basis and kept us apprised of the progress, the issues and the solutions. They also seem to be very cost competitive.
