Jamie and his team are professional, friendly, honest and just plain excellent. We had a slab leak under our house. They came all the way to our house on time for the appointment, inspected the leak, and told us that we shouldn't spend money on their service and instead recommended doing a repipe (not with them), which is more cost effective in the long run. We appreciate their effort and decide to follow their suggestions. Highly recommended!

Collin was very easy to communicate with and obtain a quote. We chatted over text and the phone about the scope of the project (replacing leaking Gate valves with ball valves) and he was very responsive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we couldn't find a time that worked for both of us and we went with and different contractor. However I will definitely reach out to Collin for future work! We needed him for some leaking valves but the website offers a variety of other plumbing related services!

Jamie and his crew showed up on time, and made the recommendation of installing the flo device inside our garage instead of outdoor, which allows us to control the device inside, avoid other people tampering with the equipment, although installing it inside added extra work to them! They are very knowledgable of the leak detection and flo installation, and quick follow-up to address any questions we had with our flo device. will definitely use them again.

The owners James and Colin came by recently and installed my WiFi connected Flo leak detection system with monitoring and water main cut-off features. They were both on time and the online scheduling was very convenient. They were very knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to work with. The device was installed inside my garage where the water main runs through. They did a great job with the installation and were very professional. These guys are specialists when it comes to slab leaks. I was fortunate to find these guys. I had another company come out and charge $400 to do a leak detection and it turned out they had no idea where the leak was. I would have been charged for them accessing the wrong area! If you want to make sure you get the right people for such a serious issue call these guys!
