Friday, I had a leak and I was overwhelmed. Yet, when I spoke to CWC, Jeremy was the hero of the day. He tried to troubleshoot with me before making an appointment because they were booked up until Monday. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the leak. Then, Jeremy called me back to tell me that one of their employees could come by in between appointments. What a great surprise. I felt it necessary to let everyone know that CWC is an excellent company. They make your leak problem easier to tolerate with their efforts of helping you resolve a leak problem. I definitely recommend using CWC.

If I could I would give them 20 stars. We have been dealing with a water leak for 3 months and dealing with insurance and a different leak detection company, referred by insurance . One of the plumbers referred us to City Water Conservation. Thank goodness we called them! Mike came out and was super helpful, knowledgeable and within the same day Mike came out to check the leak he was able to find a solution to stop the leak temporarily until we could get on the schedule for repairs. I wanted to cry because...One he stopped the leak and we could have some normalcy and Second Mike was very dedicated and went the extra mile.

Mike and Noor returned a few days later and they got the job done efficiently. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity! I highly recommend this business.

Oh yeah and when calling the office they were so polite and helpful.

Was referred to City Water Conservation by NRT for a unfortunate leak coming up from a pipe that was damaged under the slab. Noor, James, and Jamie came by and fixed our issue. They were all very hardworking, polite, and transparent with what was going on and what they were doing. My wife and I were very pleased with the estimate as well. Great service overall and would definitely go through City Water Conservation for any more plumbing needs for my house. Highly recommended.

I was referred to this plumber by ServPro. Due to an active leak, they were able to squeeze me in without asking! Noor arrived to my unit, accessed the situation and determined that it was a leak caused by the upstairs unit. I've been having lots of trouble with my ""lovely"" uncooperative neighbor, so unfortunately, Noor had to wait for an hour to access upstairs unit.

I am very fortunate for City Water Conservation, since all local plumbers were completely booked for weeks! Noor fixed the issue and provided a very detailed report which I will be using to conduct subrogation. Jeremy who scheduled my appointment was very polite and helpful as well. He triaged my situation and told me I needed emergency services due to an active leak. The guidance was very helpful, being a first time property owner!

Jordan and Daniel were fantastic! A pop-up for my in-floor pool filter was broken and needed to be replaced. I have replaced several thru the years, but this repair required scuba gear. Jordan and Daniel showed up early and quickly repaired the pop-up in a hail storm. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. 5 stars for the work and an extra star for their professionalism.

We had excellent service with City Water Conservation Inc. and specifically Mike. The were quick to respond and fast to complete the job. City Water Conservation has instrumentation that allows for fast location of underground leaks in pipes. This saves time, money and secondary repairs to the property after the project. Mike communicated with us on an ongoing basis and kept us apprised of the progress, the issues and the solutions. They also seem to be very cost competitive. We highly recommend City Water Conservation and Mike.

We were very pleased with the work that was completed by Michael and Miquel. They showed up early and went right to work to install a hot water heater. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. They worked efficiently and completed the installation in quick order. This plumbing company is amazing. They are professional, fast, friendly and have very reasonable pricing. I booked a whole house repipe on line through their website. They completed the job in short order and made sure all the pipe locations were to our liking. Everyone I met with the company were all considerate and conscientious.
