James the part owner came off as very honest and helpful. they had a modern booking system along with the Instagram that showcased their expertise. Michael showed up in advance and was professional, friendly, and honest. He took care of my elderly parents parents in my absence as if they were his parents. He quickly fixed the problem and went way above and beyond to do a few very tricky maintenance items at no cost.

I would absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for real honest human beings and good people to work with.

We had a moist baseboard in the bathroom and no one could detect what the problem was. Talked to James form City Water Conservation and he detected the problem on the phone based on the photos I sent. He didn't charge anything and was extremely knowledgeable and apt in detecting. We were referred to them by Moen for installation of a Flo. They have flat rate pricing which is awesome and we sent them some photos of the installation site to confirm that there would be no issues. They also saved us some money by recommending we just get the 3/4"" Flo since they're all the same except for fittings and these guys use their own fittings.

Installation was smooth and I'm happy.

James came out to diagnosis a leak and provide a quote for re-piping of our house. We had another plumber come in from our home warranty which had installed a temporary job but we wanted a second opinion on what are options were. We initially decided to cap the pipe but there was some issues due to the type of piping. After some research and driving around, James was able to find a more permanent solution to our leak. We still consulted them on the re-piping and they provided us a wealth of information that made the process easier. After talking with James, we ended up installing a Moen FLO smart valve to provide extra piece of mind. The installation was done in a couple of hours and we have peace of mind provided by the smart valve. I highly recommend City Water Conservation if you need a second opinion on any issues you are having and also if you want to install a Moen Flo Smart Valve. It is quite pricey but it is definitely worth and in the few days I have had it installed I've learned so much about how much water I was wasting!

Jamie and his team are professional, friendly, honest and just plain excellent. We had a slab leak under our house. They came all the way to our house on time for the appointment, inspected the leak, and told us that we shouldn't spend money on their service and instead recommended doing a repipe (not with them), which is more cost effective in the long run. We appreciate their effort and decide to follow their suggestions. Highly recommended!
