We had a leak in the water meter box, turned out to be the coupling that got rusted over the last 30 years or so. Completely broke and water was leaking pretty badly. Walnut Valley Water District came to shut it off, but was told that I had to fix the leak since it was on our side of the meter. Manny came out to look at it right away, told me what needed to be done, and after we decided to go with Manny he came back the next day with the parts to get it done. Manny got the job done, he knows what he's doing and most of all a good nice guy.

One of Manny's quality is his friendly customer service. I inquired via Yelp and his response was one that I find more personalized. During this COVID19 pandemic, he understands the need to wear mask and gloves and to keep safety first. From the first day he came over to give me my estimates, he was honest and straightforward. He was able to give me some scenarios and it's budgets, which allowed me to plan and prepare for the expenses. In my past experiences, I have encountered other plumbers who are ""no shows"" or late with no apologies. But with Manny, he is reliable and communicates with me with updates due to parts and schedules. I will definitely refer him to my family and friends.

Manny is THE BEST!! Funnest and most outgoing plumber I ever had the pleasure of working with. This guy came in with a suit, a mask, & took the necessary precautions as he entered the tenants house. We had clogged drains and needed to replace a water heater. He scheduled me in the same day and promised to get the job done & that he DID! He gave us the best price from other companies that I called. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made us trust him 100x more. He gave us advice on what to do if the drains get clogged again but ever since he's performed his services, we haven't experienced an issue since & the water heater is working better than ever! As he left, he sanitized & cleaned everything to make sure everyone is protected from the Covid. BIG PLUS. Manny is the MAN! Amazing experience. HIGHLY recommended!!

It's 9pm and Manny just left my house another very satisfied customer. I called him for a simple bathroom sink clog and he came out and not only cleared it but also used the camera to show me what my pipes look like. All in all very knowledgeable he explained all the options/scenarios that I have for repairs what they will cost and what can be done to save some money as well. I recommend this company for any plumbing issues you might be having. One more thing to mention is that they were very clean!
