Manny is THE BEST!! Funnest and most outgoing plumber I ever had the pleasure of working with. This guy came in with a suit, a mask, & took the necessary precautions as he entered the tenants house. We had clogged drains and needed to replace a water heater. He scheduled me in the same day and promised to get the job done & that he DID! He gave us the best price from other companies that I called. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made us trust him 100x more. He gave us advice on what to do if the drains get clogged again but ever since he's performed his services, we haven't experienced an issue since & the water heater is working better than ever! As he left, he sanitized & cleaned everything to make sure everyone is protected from the Covid. BIG PLUS. Manny is the MAN! Amazing experience. HIGHLY recommended!!

It's 9pm and Manny just left my house another very satisfied customer. I called him for a simple bathroom sink clog and he came out and not only cleared it but also used the camera to show me what my pipes look like. All in all very knowledgeable he explained all the options/scenarios that I have for repairs what they will cost and what can be done to save some money as well. I recommend this company for any plumbing issues you might be having. One more thing to mention is that they were very clean! Picked up behind them and disinfected any and all areas that might have been touched. I'll be a repeat customer for sure thanks Manny!

Like everyone else, I used yelp to read what customers were saying about City to City Plumbing and Hydro Jett. After reading all the reviews I took a risk and hired them to do a water heater replacement at my fathers house. They were very professional, answered all his questions, cleaned and sanitized the surfaces they came in contact at an honest fair price. They did such a great job that I hired them as soon as they were done to replace a water heater at another property. Much to my surprise, they went out of their way and made it happen the very next day. I went from being a skeptic to being a HUGE fan! Manny and his sidekick are like Batman and Robin. They work well together and did an amazing job for both of my projects! Thank you guys!!!

I don't normally do reviews unless the service is really good or really bad......Manny and Reno did an outstanding job and now in my phone book for future plumbing issues I may have. Price was very fair! I called Manny out to flush my water heater and to address a couple of possible ""running toilets"" that contributed to an extremely high water bill. Manny came out after hours and realized he couldn't flush the water heater because one of the valves was frozen shut. Manny was completely honest and explained the valve needed to be replaced with a ball valve in order to flush the water heater. He proceeded to help inspect all of my toilets and immediately recognized the problem causing them to ""run"", contributing to the high water bill. He fixed all of the toilets but refused to take any payment for his services and knowledge. During my interactions with Manny, I can tell he was very honest and trustworthy. He's definitely not like your typically plumber. I highly recommend Manny for all of your plumbing needs. I for one, will definitely reach out to him when the time comes to repipe my house!
