City Plumbing and Rooter have been an excellent company and help from the moment you call. I've had two experiences with the company and both have been outstanding. They are always present and available when you need them. My toilet had been clogged upstairs and down stairs. Jaime came to help and easily fixed the blockage. Very honest person and I definitely recommend calling City Plumbing. They are Authentic!!!

Call city plumbing to snake my toilet. $40 special was a great deal. They were able to come out the next day. Dispatcher kept me advised of the arrival time and they arrived at the agreed time. COVID-19 precautions were taken and they covered their feet which kept our house clean. Our plumber Jamie, was friendly, respectful and Efficient. He cleared the blockage in 30 seconds! I will definitely use city plumbing and router for future plumbing needs. Thanks guys! God bless!

It is really great to deal with professionals and who are upright on costs and suggestions on where to save money. George was very friendly and professional. Paul was awesome, made a thorough inspection to give us an estimate. (Sorry forgot the other guy's name). I really appreciated the suggestions by Paul on alternatives and things we can do to save money. I am glad we contacted them to get an estimate.

Kevin arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous. Kevin did an excellent job, promptly clearing the drain and making sure that it was clean all the way out to the street.

He clearly explained what work we needed to do, and even more helpfully told us what would be overkill and wasn't needed. I highly recommend this business, from the person on the phone to Jorge and David coming to do the service. Everyone was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Jorge and David were ready with PPE due to COVID precautions. Jorge cleared our drains quickly and effectively and David came in to confirm with the camera. Experience shows! Prices were super reasonable, they went above and beyond. Excellent service. We will definitely use this service in the future if needed! We called many so called ""open 24 hours"" businesses but none delivered like these guys! Thank you City Plumbing & Rooter!
