Our water heater went out , called City Plumbing as they did a huge job for us last year. Pablo came out checked the heater and advised a new one which we figured. He went to buy it, installed and was done with in 2 hours. Very nice and great service! I received email with invoice noticed a difference, called straight away and Johana took care of it immediately. Also very niice. . Hopefully we won't have anymore plumbing issues, but if so, we will call City Plumbing for sure!

Very professional from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the moment where Pablo, the kind plumber, left our home. As he inspected our bathroom for a possible leak, he clearly pointed out what he was doing and why. He was actually the second plumber to inspect the area and compared to the first, he talked to me with respect and politeness. He ""snaked"" our drains and found where the leak was coming from. I highly recommend this company.

Incompetent, disrespectful, hostile upon approach, should not be in the service industry working with the public. I booked a 0900 am appointment and the plumber arrived at 1238. The dispatcher Francess called apologizing each time with another delay. She was unable to give me an ETA. Her words were each and every time ""we had an emergency at the previous job and when they're done, they'll be on their way"". This does NOT give me an ETA they they believe it does. How do I know where they are coming from or how long their current job will take. I told them I am an RN, NOT a psychic. They then added more excuses saying, ""then you should understand "".Also, I was quoted $199 and when the plumber arrived , he told me the job was $595.00. I asked to speak to the manager Joanne who was willing to meet me on reasonable requests. She told me she will see what she can do and call me back in two minutes. 15 minutes later, I get Paul , the owner. He asked me to fill him in. After explaining my situation to different disciplines, I had to do so again. Paul immediately cut me short talking over me and not letting me have a word in edgewise ""this is the name of the game"". He would not take any ownership and added insult to injury with those words. They do not respect our time. I strongly discourage this company.

Luis came out to install a halo 5 water system and did an amazing job. The customer service and quality of work is amazing. Dispatch kept me updated with arrival time. Covid-19 precautions were taken.

I had originally called to ask for quote and they waived a quote fee, the quote was much lower than others I had received from 3 other plumbing companies in the area.

Tough to make a call. Everything works as planned almost.

I moved my schedule around for a morning appt. I had to put a deadline on the arrival time since the person had to complete a prior day assignment that morning (I had no input - so I put a deadline on the arrival time which was an hour later than originally agreed. I was two minutes from leaving when he arrived.

Assignment involved installing new disposal unit and faucet, and was told about a leak. Also informed there might be a drain stoppage but didn't know for sure since old disposal unit was not working.

Subsequently, following running dishwasher twice, same leak reappeared, then the drain backed up.

So make another call and they offered next day between 3-5. I shudda known better. Very good at following up to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me, right up until 5, when rep said they would be there tomorrow. Problem, I'm not going to be. (Hint: suggest calling when person on the way. Otherwise, it doesn't add to anything.)

So I sat home all afternoon waiting when I had pressing office matters that just gets added to tomorrow.

So, won't be a repeat customer. Hint: get a firm arrival time and stick to it unless you have the time to sit around and wait. I don't...

My father's toilet was leaking and it was 6PM (always at the end of the day). Called City Plumbing and they got someone out within an hour and a half. The toilet ended up being better to replace. Kevin went and picked one up and installed it. It was a difficult installation, so he had to work through some issues. He did an excellent job! Kevin was polite and responsive. I'd give him more stars if we could.
