I had called in 2 plumbers to the buisness that i work at to take a look at our bathroom as there was a funky odor coming out. First off, they waived the 25$ serivce fee for us and gave us a free estimate for coming out! Second, they gave us a better offer then Rooters solutions did! George came out and gave a lok at our bathroom and explained in great detail what was wrong and he even took a look at our pipes and FIXED the smell at NO COST!!! He was quick and professional and let me know that Rooters Solutions was actually trying to rip us off. it has been about a week since he came in and we have not had a single smell complain since! Thank you George!!!

Terrifying. I had one little pipe break. I knew the minute he said I need a new water heater it was a scam. He adding it up TO AN $18k bill. RUN! I paid another plumber $300 for all repairs and clean up. So scared he does this to other people.

Super service with a smile! I could hear the smile in Tanya's voice as she provided me with the best quote I could find after calling several plumbing services. City Plumbing didn't have a one hour minimum and we only needed our tub drain snaked. George and Hugo arrived as advertised and had the drain working within 20 minutes. This was SO wonderful!
