I highly recommend this business, from the person on the phone to Jorge and David coming to do the service. Everyone was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Jorge and David were ready with PPE due to COVID precautions. Jorge cleared our drains quickly and effectively and David came in to confirm with the camera. Experience shows! Prices were super reasonable, they went above and beyond. Excellent service. We will definitely use this service in the future if needed! From start to finish, City Plumbing and Rooter was the most outstanding plumbing company that I ever had the pleasure of doing business with, if there is such a thing as the pleasure of having a drain unclogged. Their representatives are expeditious in their response times, extremely courteous, and provide direct/clear correspondence with regard to available times and transparent pricing.

I had a nasty clog in my shower drain, that backed up to over an inch of water, and selected City Plumbing and Rooter because of their excellent reviews and more than reasonable pricing (from the limited prices I saw online). The first representative called me to ensure that my original online message for an estimate was addressed, a second representative called to schedule an appointment and assure that I would be provided a courtesy call so that I could still work at the hospital up until a half hour before arrival, and finally I received a courtesy call to inform me that the plumbing technician would arrive at 4:30. He arrived 10 minutes early, which almost never happens these days.

Kevin, who was about as considerate and personable as could be, was the technician, and after about 4-5 minutes, had the drain completed unclogged and walked me through what he did to the drain. The pricing was phenomenal, payment was easy, and after a very pleasant exchange and well wishes, he was on his way and I had a free and clear shower drain once more. If your service continues to be this impressive, I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you very much and have a great weekend.

Needed my restroom unclogged. We contacted our insurance and they sent us subpar plumbers who were all to anxious to charge us $420 extra to remove our toilet. We took a look at Yelp and found City Plumbing with great reviews. We gave them a call and Jaime came out to the rescue. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our problem was really complex due to guests flushing wipes down our toilet. Jorge, his sup came out to assist and was just as pleasant and professional. Very happy with the service provided. Yes, there was a charge for pulling the toilet but charged half of what the contract plumbers were proposing.

I had a really great experience with the service provided by Jorge, the technician that came to my home. He was wearing mask and gloves, very good with our COVID situation. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me some insight on how the plumbing were linked together from the sinks and the shower and tub. Cleared the clog in my shower drain in less than 10 minutes. Also, gave me some tips on maintenance. I highly recommend City Plumbing.

A couple of days prior to Labor Day weekend, our Noritz tankless water heater stopped heating. I contacted multiple plumbers for an appointment. With the exception of City Plumbing, no one had an available appointment until after the long holiday weekend. City Plumbing was able to set an appointment for Friday. A couple of times they asked if I could adjust my appointment time, which I agreed to. The dispatcher called multiple times to make sure we were all on the same page. As promised, I was called 45 minutes prior to the technicians anticipated arrival. Right on time. Edwin and his team got busy evaluating the tankless water heater. RIP. Time to invest in a replacement. Edwin called his vendors, and was able to find a tankless water heater. His team returned a couple of hours later with our near water heater, and completed the seamless installation. Grateful to have the job completed before the 3-day weekend, and have access to hot water. I appreciate the excellent communication, and skill level of Edwin in guiding his team.

I called them to check my major water line to the house, I thought it was leaking, they came checked for leaks and loss of water from the line. They were very thorough and did not charge me.
