Paul, you came back after you profusely apologized. I AM THE PROPERTY OWNER, as I told you when we met. You told me you'll have an estimate, which you never submitted, furthermore, you ignored my text messages. You and your company are not professional. FYI, the 12k you quoted me unofficially is apparently $2500 somewhere else. Something tells me the only reason you came back was just for me to remove the previous review.

My kitchen sink clogged. The water did not flow despite me taking pipes apart and using 2' plastic snake I bought from Home Depot. With the frustration to fix it fast, I reached out to City Plumbing and Rooter. They had the drain clearing special deal for $40 and was able to come the following day. The technician was very courteous. I think his name is Jonathan. During the difficult Covid time we asked him to comply with hand washing and use protective equipment (gloves, mask, removing shoes) and he did not resist. In the end our drain is now flowing very fast. Their price is great, fast service. If you have drain problem don't look elsewhere. Go with City Plumbing and Rooter. I know I will call them if I have future plumbing problems.

After two no call backs from other plumbers I found City Plumbing. Called around 9am and the lovely lady said someone could be there between 1 and 2 the same day. She was very gracious in answering my questions about masks, gloves, health etc (and assured her my family was all healthy too). Marc showed up, figured out the leak and then figured out the underlying issue causing the leak. He gave us three options for how to love forward, never pushed, but explained the pros and cons for each option. He had to go back to their hq for a few parts but he came right back. We were totally fixed in a couple hours. Super nice guy, great at explaining things to me and seems to have fixed the problem!

Stellar service! City Plumbing is wonderfully organized with responses being consistently quick and on time. Luis did a fantastic job fixing my kitchen sink, I couldn't be happier. He even installed a couple bidets for me and helped plug a leak coming from the outer wall that I wasn't aware of. I definitely got the sense that I was getting a quality job done by a company that truly cares. I'll definitely call City Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I run into!

wow! I would highly recommend using City plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We had a mainline backup on Saturday afternoon and Paul showed up with in 1 hour and cleared the line. This is a professional company,very clean and provided excellent customer service!

Not too pleased with my experience using City Plumbing. So called Monday morning and spoke to Tanya, very nice lady set up an appointment for someone to come snake our sink and garbage disposal area that leads to the laundry room. Time frame 3pm-5pm Tuesday. I call Tuesday morning, make sure we are set, keep in mind sink is filled with nasty dirty water, dirty dishes, clothes wet and dirty in the washing machine. I get a call at 4:45, the plumber is stuck in traffic and will be there at 530-545. Traffic, everyone is quarantined, there is NO traffic, but I say ok. 6:25 rolls around and here finally comes Paul the plumber. Nice guy, not sure he wanted to work. He put a snake down one drain outside and it got stuck, that's it, he pulled it out. Called us out there and said the entire pipe is filled with mud, well that's odd. He snakes again and hits a little stoppage, pulls out and shows us mud. He says there is nothing he can do. He needs to dig up the ground, crack the wall, find the L pipe and THEN he would be able to asses the issue because his camera won't work (never tried) quickly said its 2120 and we can get started. My wife said $2,120, he said yeah, like it's pennies. We rent this home so the owner needed approval. He talked to the plumber and decided to get another quote. It's now Wednesday, had another plumber come out, use his camera, noticed a bitch of gravel, he snaked it from the main line, cleaned the other line, put the camera in every hole in the house and checked everything out, NO mud, no cracks, everything is fine and paid him a couple hundred dollars. This seemed like a plain up-sell and making something out of nothing. $2100 to dig up and destroy the house or pay $220 and have every pipe cleaned, and ensure everything works. Even got to watch the camera through the whole process so I know it's all clear. I'm not happy with the lie or lack of effort, but office staff was nice.

So, so happy we came across City Plumbing. Our plumbing backed up Saturday night, so we called Sunday morning in a panic. Seeing as though we are in a pandemic right now and it was a Sunday - they absolutely could have completely upcharged us. Instead, they charged us the regular rate and were quick and efficient! We needed some extra service and Luis came out on Monday and fixed it right away. Great, great company and we will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs! Thank you so much!
