Our landlord called them to clear a clog in our kitchen sink. Oscar came the same day and was very efficient, comprehensive, and professional. He cleared out the clog quickly, and also found the cause of the problem in our building's larger plumbing system. He made sure to check in on our downstairs neighbor as well to make sure they weren't having any issues, and said he would relay the info to our landlord so that they could look into fixing the system. Communicating with our landlord can be tough, so we really appreciated this. He also made sure to bill our landlord directly instead of asking us for payment. Definitely would recommend them to other apartment renters.

These guys are the absolute worse. I made an appointment with them to clean my septic tank weeks in advance, called to confirm it a week before the date and even got a confirmation email from them. However, they never showed up for the job and when I called them they said that ""their truck had to be inspected"" so I'd have to wait another 2-3 hours.

I wouldn't book these unprofessional providers if they were the last septic tank cleaners on earth.
