We are a genuine family-owned business. My wife and I, along with our two nephews and nieces, felt it was time to establish this company. Our focus is on being the most honest and trustworthy plumbing service available while avoiding the overpricing found in larger companies while providing superior customer service.
I have more than 20 years of plumbing experience, including 10 years in commercial drain services. I thrive on diagnosing tough plumbing issues that others can't figure out.
I take pride in presenting at least three solutions for repairs or alternative methods for projects. Ultimately, I am passionate about plumbing and love leaving customers in a better situation than when I arrived.

One of the nicest, most pleasant plumbers I have ever met, and being a homeowner for 30 years, I've met a lot of plumbers. He was courteous, effective and quick. Within 1/2 hour of arriving, our drain was unclogged. And they had a special promo of $40 to clear clogs, so that made the experience all the better. I tipped Kevin $20 for doing such a great job.

We got 3 quotes (one of them from City Plumbing and Rooter because a neighbor recommended them) and although they weren't the least expensive, when comparing all 3 quotes with what was offered for the price, it was hands-down City Plumbing.
They respond to calls quickly; their scheduling is excellent; their personnel (both in the office and out in the field) are exemplary; and they aren't happy until everything is done to their customer's satisfaction.
There's no need for us to call another plumber if we ever need more work done. We will call City Plumbing and Rooter.
