My family had just moved into a new house on a Friday afternoon when we realized that there was no hot water due to a problem with the water heater. When I called at 7pm on a Friday night, they answered immediately, found me a technician that could walk me through the problem, and Paul was extremely helpful in giving me the step-by-step instructions to reset the system over the phone. In 10 minutes, we had hot water. Can't thank you guys enough, and will definitely be using you guys going forward

David and Bernard came out last min to help with a leak. They were friendly knowledgeable and were almost overly nice about keeping the house clean.

It was a hard job but they took their time to explain to me what needed to be done, and I felt that their estimate was more than fair for the work that needed to be done. David literally risking his life to fix a pipe maybe 20 feet in the air on a ladder with crashing waves!

I'll keep their number handy for future repairs, and would recommend them to everyone! 10/10 would recommend :)

Pablo saved the day on very little notice for a plumbing emergency, the first time he came to our home. On the second occasion, there was a challenging problem, and he used his ingenuity and had Thomas appear in a flash to assist in the succesful resolution of the problem.
They are hard working group and their fees are fair.
I highly recommend City Plumbing, and will continue to use their services with confidence.

To start with I want to tell you that this is the first time ever that I have written a negative review on a business or a person. I had such a horrible experience with City Plumbing which is forcing me to speak up for the people who believe in doing the right thing getting paid fair and square.
I had a major plumbing issue in my house in Calabasas California I called City Plumbing they came to the site first time and charged me 3200.00$ and the problem came back in less than 24 hrs. Second time about 4000.00$ and they said that they have to come back to fix another section. Third time 10200.00$ to fix outdoor plumbing. Several excruciating days. The first crew was unskilled and inexperienced. The crew was so bad that the general manager who was so apologetic told me that they got fired. When the job was done, they cut off the internet line and they hide it. Spectrum was involved and it took them several days to correct the city plumbing's mistake.
When the job was done after all horrible experiences, It cost me $16,600 for the repair of the plumbing and many days of painful discussions and disagreements with City Plumbing.
I started a conversations through texts and phone calls with the general manager trying to bring fairness to this transaction. She stated that she will get back to me. Then there was about 10 days of silence.
Finally I got a phone phone call from a man who introduced himself as Paul. He was loud he was breathing heavily he was angry and he started shouting. He kept saying that They won't take any responsibility for the job, they won't pay any money back, and basically they don't care what happened. I tried to calm him down and he angrily said ""don't talk let me finish"". And when he said whatever he wanted to say he hung up on me.
So at the end here is what I think: if you are looking for a professional, skilled and honest plumbing group don't use city Plumbing.
They don't say what they mean and they don't mean what they say.

Truly wonderful customer service in every way. Osman installed a new kitchen faucet for me and he did a wonderful job. I also wanted to compliment Tanya, the scheduler,  for always keeping me up to date and so courteously helping when things had to be rearranged. This level of first class customer service seems to be something of a rarity any more, so I'm all the more happy to leave a great review for this deserving company. Genuinely warrants the five stars.

Our water heater needed to get replaced. After ""shopping"" around and a few ridiculous estimates, Technician Aram came to conduct an estimate and we accepted this company to do the job. He was on time & professional. He explained everything in details our problem and stated he can complete everything same day. He told us he'll go get everything and will be back by a certain time, which he did and he got right to it. He was done with the entire job in 2 hours! To us, that was fast and efficient. My mom and I was very pleased with this company's service and Aram was great! We'd highly recommend them for any plumbing problems :)

Okay, so get this continuing saga. After the most incompetent job I've ever experienced as a home owner for 30 years, while digging a trench for a pipe, the crack crew at City Plumbing cut my internet conduit and cable. 1. they hid the fact and told no one; 2. they covered the location making it impossible for Spectrum to find and fix the break; 3. like many people, I need to work from home right now and have not had internet connectivity for 10 days. The facts are the facts- decide for yourself if you can risk hiring them.
