They were so polite and helpful on the phone and was able to get a same day appointment window. Jorge came and was quick and fixed the issue perfectly within 30 minutes.

We had to have MAJOR plumbing work done on our home. We got 3 quotes (one of them from City Plumbing and Rooter because a neighbor recommended them) and although they weren't the least expensive, when comparing all 3 quotes with what was offered for the price, it was hands-down City Plumbing.

They respond to calls quickly; their scheduling is excellent; their personnel (both in the office and out in the field) are exemplary; and they aren't happy until everything is done to their customer's satisfaction.

There's no need for us to call another plumber if we ever need more work done. We will call City Plumbing and Rooter.

We called them to open a clogged sink after hours, they told us that it will cost $200 which we agreed and then when they arrived 1 hour later than promised time they bumped the price to $420 which I agreed and they made me sign documents that removes my right to contest, then they told me that the problem is not the clogged pipe and asked me to pay $5500 which I refused and had to pay them the $420.
Next day I called a plumber that was able to fix the issue for $600 which works perfectly

I had a gas leak at my home. The gas co told me I needed a plumber to fix the leak. I contacted city plumbing and rooter and they told me they'd be able to come out the same day. They were responsive and friendly from the get go.

Paul and his guys proposed multiple solutions and made recommendations. Once we decided on the course of action he was there first thing the next day to start the work to install a new gas line.

Paul and his team worked tirelessly to fix the problem. They're clearly dedicated to their craft and not looking to cut corners. They worked very hard to make sure everything was exactly to my liking.

Refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work and aren't happy unless you're happy.

Luis was great. Came out same day for the backed up pipe under a sink. Explained the situation very clearly, provided options and found a good solution. The office is very friendly and helpful in scheduling service. I definitely will have them back next time I need the services of a plumber.

Fantastic, well-run company that I will only use from now on for all my plumbing needs. Luis & Andy were absolutely wonderful. They unclogged my sewer line without any problem and were so helpful in coordinating a camera inspection, which revealed a large hole in the clay pipe. In less than 24 hours, Luis and Andy came back with the crew and machinery needed to fix it. This was a big job and it was performed exactly as they promised for a very reasonable price. Communication with them and their office staff definitely exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
