I came across City Plumbing on Yelp and reached out, since the plumbing company recommended by my HOA wanted to charge a $99 estimate fee which I thought was pretty high. City was much more reasonable in this regard at $45. I had City come diagnose 2 dripping faucets but what got me was what seemed like a very expensive quote to replace those faucets. They mentioned they would have to completely replace the faucets, which ended up being 3 because 2 of them are in the same bathroom and would need to match. They quoted $500 per faucet if I bought my own hardware, and $750 per faucet if they helped me get one similar. I'm looking into a cheaper alternative but I'd recommend getting a second or third opinion for large jobs and if it's a simple replacement, you may be able to find a cheaper handyman to help you.

A few days after the tankless water heater installation, a problem became apparent that was caused not by anything City Plumbing and Rooter did, but by the pipes in our 80 year old house. I called the main number on Saturday morning, and Debra contacted Steven who showed up the same day and managed to get our house converted back to a regular hot water tank in the space of a few hours. There are three things I want to say about Steven. First, he is good at diagnosis and repair of plumbing issues. Second, he is responsive and very good at scheduling his time. Third, he cares about his customers. He is just very easy to get along with. Everything about my dealings with City Plumbing and Rooter says that they value my business.

I couldn't be happier with the Kevin at City Plumbing. On time, courteous, efficient, clean and problem quickly solved! I called City Plumbing at 7 AM and our messy problem was solved at noon on the same day - incredible! Bonus points - this company loves dogs which is obvious by their logo. We've found our plumbers for life - thank you, Kevin and City Plumbing!
