Cisneros Plumbing came out on a Sunday, the only '24 hr' company that was willing to. Tech -Gabriel was on time, professional, courteous, quick and efficient! 5+ Stars for service.

Company is a little on the high side for pricing, but I was willing to pay for the leaky issues and the fact they came out much earlier than anyone else was willing to. If you have a leak or issue that needs to be resolved asap- I would recommend and use again.

I called Cisneros Brothers plumbing to come out and give me an estimate/quote on a bathroom (bathtub) replacement on the tub and shower combo, This was the 4th company I had come out to look at the tub/shower. Cristian was the one to come out, He and his guy come in very pleasant and friendly, look at the tub/shower then conduct a whole house evaluation Checking all the plumbing fixtures even under the house, after this Cristian goes over some of the options they can provide. One of which was to completely tile the shower area and replace the tub, I figured this was the best option for the way my bathroom is constructed. and better fit. No other company mentioned tile work, Cristian, explained to me they could arrange all the demo installation of new tub and tile guys that could do the job, This suited well as it was one stop and done no need to look further for another company, Everything handled and billed through Cisneros Brothers, Demo started and I was able to pick out the tile, Cristian Over seen everything as well as Gustavo, calling me daily to make sure everything was up to my expectations, The tile guys that came in were just as professional and pleasant, (Humberto)
In the end the job ended on time and at the price quoted. I can not say enough for the skill, quality and professionalism that was provided. I highly recommend Cisneros Brothers plumbing ,

On Nov 8th, Cisneros Plumbing (Tech Chris) came to my house due to a strong odor of rotten eggs coming from the plumbing in my laundry room.

The technician did some trouble shooting in order to locate the issue. After some time had passed, it was determined that the work needed to be completed on the following day.

Chris returned the next day and did do diligence to resolve the problem. Thank for a job well done and for the dedication to fix an annoying plumbing issue. Jon Daymen

Cisneros Brothers Plumbing was great. From the moment we spoke to them about making an appointment they were very informative, helpful and communicative. We originally had a plumbing company come out form our home warranty and the only option we were given for our kitchen sink that wasn't going down was to break up slab and dig up the pipe and replace it. So we called Cisneros Brothers and they were able to quickly make an appointment and came out the next day. The technician was very informative and gave me different solutions based off my plumbing issues. They ended up sending out a supervisor to do a camera inspection and the supervisor from their restoration side to test and ensure we had no water damage. They provided us a solution of being able to Hydro Jet our line and ensured us after testing that there was no damage to our home. They even did a walk through of our house and checked all our plumbing for us. We even had them replace our water regulator which they gave us a reasonable price and got everything done the same day. They had 3-4 employee on site working on our house which was great. Definitely will use them in the future and recommend to friends and family.

We needed a quote to fix our shower and instead of them calling me to make an appointment, I had to call. When they looked at our shower and tub in our master bathroom they gave me an outrageous quote without even telling me what we'd get in the end. I mean they didn't even stay 10 minutes. It was like they didn't even want to bother with the job. We contacted another company who came out on the weekend, measured a few points and gave us actual options. So we're going with them instead. I would not recommend you waste any time with this company who can't do an actual quote.

I bought my house and needed my showers fixed and sinks checked . Juan Carlos ( J.C) was the plumber that was sent and not only did he installed new pipes but he actually took time to show me the main shut off valves ( been a female us ladies don't understand how important this is ) thank you Juan Carlos for your professionalism and job performance! Highly recommend him he left the job site spotless

We had problems with our sink and under the sink where the floor caved in. Andrew came in and set equipment up to dry out the area. Then they removed all the cabinets and sink portion that way damaged. They where fast and efficient in there process and didn`t waste any time. Angel explained everything that was going to happen. and they got the job done. They where all very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumming done in there home.
