I received a quote to fix plumbing at my home and it seemed quite high for the scope of the work. I tried numerous times to get the tech on the phone to further discuss it and finally, days later, I was able to speak with him. He had trouble remembering the project so he asked for me to text him pictures of the area so he could refresh his memory and he said he would call me back to discuss. Days passed and no call. I followed up with another text. No call back. I called and left him a message. No call back. I can't do business with a company who can't find the time to work with a customer.

Their website loves to tout they cover San Bernardino County but apparently not my area. And last time I checked I live in San Bernardino County. They are located 41 miles from me but that apparently is way too far. They would rather drive the 93 miles to Temecula.

I can't say enough about Issac and Sergio AMAZING !!!! The best ! They were at our home before an hour after our call , they fixed a major problem for us 2 toilets ( and let me tell you that's a BIG PROBLEM when you only have 2 toilets ) they were EXCELLENT, CLEAN, Nice , Professional and their work was FANTASTIC! I told them when they left "" You guys just got a new customer ! ""

We had a problem with a leak that was coming from our shower. Alex from Cisneros Brothers Plumbing was dispatched. He showed up to the property on time and ready to work. He resolved the issue in no time. He explained the problem to us in detail and showed us photos. He let us know what the cost would be before starting the repairs and at the time of receiving the invoice no additional charges were added. We asked him about other work that we wanted done in our bathroom. He gave us a quote on the spot. We scheduled him again. He completed all of the work in under the time he had estimated. My fiancé and I are very happy with his work. He left our place clean and placed everything back to its original state (sink liners etc.). He also has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable in the field. Alex takes the time to explain if anything else is needed. He breaks things down in a way that you can understand.

I will definitely continue to use Cisneros Brothers Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I used them about a year and a half ago and had an issue with the system backing up again just this past weekend. I like to give repeat business so I decided to use them again. I messaged them over the weekend and didn't receive a response until I messaged them again on Monday afternoon. Needless to say they finally came out, but instead of even trying to figure out the problem (let's go take a look and see what the issue is) they proceeded to try to sell me a completely new system since it was obviously bad. He was argumentative when I questioned him. He couldn't get a tech out until the next day so I had someone else come out who actually checked things out and found that it was just clogged. My system is in great condition. I will never do business with this company again.
