Used them about a year ago to pump out septic tank they had the best price to do this but they didn't lay down tarps for the dirt when digging for the lid and put the dirt on top of my landscaping rock ruining my rock they said just hose down the extra dirt they left in rock but didn't work I was left with a mess the employees are nice but not worth it then I gave them another chance and called them again they replaced a water regulator at my moms house and the debris from the line clogged up her sinks one sink had to be replaced which they didn't offer to pay for they just give us a good deal on the sink lol lesson learned will not use them again

As for the company making excuses for their work after my review how hard is it to laydown a couple tarps when working with somebody's nice landscaping at their house and as far as a separate incident with the sink you clogged all the sinks up in the whole house The sink I'm talking about is the only one that was unfixable because you let debris go through the line after replacing the pressure regulator and I wasn't asking for you to work for free I was asking you to replace something you ruined do to your negligence it's really funny reading your comments on the other bad reviews how you try and spin it on the customer you can always make excuses for bad workmanship or you could just fix the problem and own it and apologize instead of making seem as if the customer is being unreasonable

Second time using this company and they are pros at what they do! Diagnosis of problem was pretty instant! You can tell they have great communication within the company.

Great plumbing service, I highly recommend these guys, came on time, did a great job, they dug up the ground fixed the leaking pipe, and placed the soil back where it was real nice like. Their employee was very courteous and polite. I will be using them for future plumbing needs.

I'm going to be completely honest. They are great. Customer service is on point. They are on time, respectful, knowledgeble, curteous, they make the process easy and they are fast.

I've used them a couple times and they were great. Their prices are ok.

Now, the reason for the 1 star was due to the last job they did. It did not sit well with me. I was charged almost $700 dollars for a job tha i honestly could have done on my own for maybe $100 including parts and gas included.

I looked at the job and quite honestly, that was not worth the price. Yes, they did complete the job and yes, they fixed the problem.

To get an idea, they replaced the shut off valves located underneath the sink, changed the supply lines, and fixed/replaced the faucet. To be exact, $685 for the work! I have done work like this before and I'm telling you, those parts are not expensive, less than $100. The plumber finished in an hour. So you mean to tell me that labor an hour cost me $585! All i know is that, I'm in the wrong proffession. I need to quit my job, sell my rental properties, learn plumbing work and start my plumbing business.

Your probably asking, ""Then why didn't you do it?"" and ""why did you accept that price!"" You are right, I should have done the work myself. The reason I accepted that price was because it sounded a lot worse than it was. This is my rental property and my tenant was advising me that there was a bad leak and it was causing damage. I work practically everyday, I didn't have a chance to go out there and fix the problem. That's why entrusted and contracted this company to do this job.

I guess in a way I deserve it. I should have checked other companies or I should have squeezed in some time to go out there. So I deserve it. That's what i get. Lesson learned. Not using this company, again.

Kealoha Kane did a great job heading up the repipe of our house. The company only required a small deposit up front and didn't require any more payments until the job was completely done. There were some issues that needed to be addressed and Kealoha and his crew handled everything with professionalism and class.

I can't understand the reviews here. I was quoted $950 to repair a spanner flange. They said the process to do it required a jack hammer and cementing the floor. I looked on youtube and fixed it myself with a $6.00 part. Beware of these scam artists!

Came out gave me an estimate for 4 sinks that were damaged by a contractor (Orion Flooring) from Hesperia. They were able to repair all 4 the same day with no issues.

So I had a serious water main break in my foundation of my home! Called a few plumbers that were local, Cisneros seem to be the only ones willing to work with me and get my problem fixed, in a quickly and professional manner. As I come to find out this repair would be a costly one! After speaking with their representative DC, he was able to find the right program to get my plumbing fixed. DC was very up front and even came by to go over specifics about the repair.. So a crew of 8 guys came to the house, they were all professional and courteous, you can tell they took pride in their work! Andy, Juan ,Daniel C, Gabriel , Elijah ,Chad Wayne,Kealoha , they came in with a plan and had my home repiped and working by the end of the day..these fine men did clean excellent work! Andy even came back an hour later to make sure everything was working properly!! And it was! Thanks Andy! As a small business owner I can say these guys are the best at what they do!! Thanks Guys P.S. I love the sink!!!

Called them at 10am after another local company blew me off and they had 2 plumbers (Andy and Juan) at my house by 10:30. They were clean and honest sticking to their quoted price(even gave me 10% off with a yelp coupon)and did not try to up charge me for stuff that I did not need. They made the needed plumbing repairs and cleaned up any mess that was made. Will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

Minus 1000 is too god for this company. I wouldn't use them to plum an outhouse. In the process of replacing a water heater they set my son's attic on fire causing water pipes to burst(which did help as that put the fire out) but caused significant water damage also. Very uncooperative in settling the situation. FO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
