Circle City Plumbing re-piped the incoming and outgoing piping. First impressions are important when I called after 6 pm to get a quote I was expecting to leave a message because it was late. Nope - Ever answered the phone! From that point he was committed to ensure we were satisfied. They were on time did what they said they would do, very communicative. Went above and beyond with their service. Work quality so far has passed and they worked with us on pricing as the project became larger than expected. Ever has followed up a few times after project completion. They warranty their work.

The guys that came out were professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable in the issue. They went above and beyond by using a camera and explaining the issue I was having in my home. The best part was that they came out quickly and understood the issue was something that needed to be addressed ASAP. I had a stoppage and was not able to use any water in my house, the water would just overflow onto the floor of my home. They came out same day and ensured my home was inhabitable again. Yesterday, December 5, 2023 I was in a bind because my home warranty would not send a plumber out to me. I needed immediate assistance because my toilet was clogged. I must say, Ever was attentive to my concern and told me he would see if someone was available. Less than 15 minutes later, he informed me he'd have someone at my home between 430-5 p.m. Ryan showed up right at 430 p.m. Reliable, professional and most important Ryan addressed my issue on the spot. Definitely worth it! This company is officially the on my speed dial. Highly recommend this company. And the price was totally worth it!!! I was so happy I even added a tip.
