Yesterday, December 5, 2023 I was in a bind because my home warranty would not send a plumber out to me. I needed immediate assistance because my toilet was clogged. I must say, Ever was attentive to my concern and told me he would see if someone was available. Less than 15 minutes later, he informed me he'd have someone at my home between 430-5 p.m. Ryan showed up right at 430 p.m. Reliable, professional and most important Ryan addressed my issue on the spot. Definitely worth it! This company is officially the on my speed dial. Highly recommend this company. And the price was totally worth it!!! I was so happy I even added a tip. I use Yelp to find various service providers for my rental property. Circle City had a higher star rating so I gave them a call for a leak in my ceiling. Within a few minutes of leaving a message I had a phone call and a text response. I scheduled an appointment that aligned with my tenants schedule and they arrived as planned and very quickly. They detected a leak from the upstairs unit pipes that was causing water to pool in my downstairs ceiling. Unfortunately they didn't get to complete the job as it was now the responsibility of the upstairs owner, but nonetheless the response time was great, and the service that was provided was reasonably priced as well.

Found this company on google on a Tuesday evening while searching for a local plumber to come out to fix a clogged pipe. They came out the very next morning, found the root of the issue I have been experiencing for the last two years, and provided me with several options. It ended up being a bigger project than I anticipated but Ever and Ryan were very professional, provided me with all the information I needed and had great pricing. The team came out and was quick to finish the job. Very pleased with their service.

Our house has had a problem with roots in the toilet drains for ten years and we decided it was time to see if there was a way to prevent further recurrences of the issue. Ryan and Ever came out to check the master toilet drain and after using a camera to check the drain line found a place where the pipe was likely leaking. Ever proposed digging under the slab and fixing the pipe there. It was a bit pricey and scary, but we opted for the permanent fix. It was a strenuous job as our soil is very hard, but once Pablo and Tony managed to get to the culprit pipe it turned out the original contractor who built the house in 1981 slopped concrete while pouring the slab over the pipes so the drain pipes were firmly encased in concrete. It made the job *much* more entailed but Circle City Plumbing still did the job within the original cost, plus not too much extra for materials needed. It wasn't fast because it was a very big job and Ever tried very hard to find the exact tile to patch what few tiles that were broken. Despite the job being much more major than we expected, it was done well and the workers were all very professional, hard working, pleasant, and honest. After we got our master toilet back we had them check our guest toilet as it has had root issues once or twice. When Ryan removed the toilet it was apparent that roots had pushed up the flange along the edges. He said that the flange hadn't been correctly sealed so water was getting down below the house and allowing roots to push in there. Thankfully the repair there was more simple. Pablo replaced the flange, and did a thorough job of sealing it using a quick drying concrete. As long as they were around we also had our slow draining kitchen sink drain hydro-jetted to clear out the FOG that has built up. Hopefully we won't need a plumber for a long long time, but when we do we will call Circle City Plumbing again.
