Circle City Plumbing and Rooter did a great job for me. They arranged to have my septic tank inspected and pumped. They scoped my drain lines and Ever did a great job explaining what he was seeing in the scope. They worked as a team to find cost savings solutions for issues they encountered and, with the house being over 60 years old with little to no maintenance they encountered a lot of issues. The cast iron piping in my house was rotted which required the pipes to be jetted, descaled, and relined. They also had to replace fixtures and install some new traps. Through out the process I was able to get to know a few of their plumbers. Thank you Ever, Marco, Pablo, Tony and Andy for the great work!

Circle City Plumbing re-piped the incoming and outgoing piping. First impressions are important when I called after 6 pm to get a quote I was expecting to leave a message because it was late. Nope - Ever answered the phone! From that point he was committed to ensure we were satisfied. They were on time did what they said they would do, very communicative. Went above and beyond with their service. Work quality so far has passed and they worked with us on pricing as the project became larger than expected. Ever has followed up a few times after project completion. They warranty their work.
