Love these guys! We trust no one else. Once we called another local plumber who sent out someone who perhaps should have still been apprenticing rather than out on his own. In two hours, the solution he came up with was several hundred dollars, so we declined. Called up Cimarelli's and their guy had the problem solved in about 15 minutes for a fraction of the price.

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had them come out to replace a faucet at my house. The person who answered the phone was very nice and professional, and the technician who did the work was not only on time, but he was very efficient and did a great job. Their price was very fair too. I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended!

I live in Soquel about a mile from Soquel Village, and that seems to be too far for them to travel.They wanted to charge me travel time. They may be good, but I'll never know.

Cimarelli's gave me a quote over the phone to replace my old water heater and it was the lowest of the 3 companies that I contacted.

Ruebin and his assistant showed up on time and did the job in the pouring rain. It was not an easy job as they had to make some modifications to accomodate some old galvanized steel pipes. They were extremely professional and charged me exactly the quote they gave me on the phone. I would reccommend them without hesitation.

We had a backup in the downstairs bathtub...uh oh. All the stuff you never want to see coming back up. Yuck. So (on the rating of the previous Yelper) I called Cimarelli's this morning, spoke to a very pleasant receptionist who took all the info and gave me a firm hourly rate. They sent someone out this afternoon who had the problem solved in slightly less than an hour, and did it with a smile and bit of humor. Apparently the trees in our front yard have decided to invade the clay sewer pipes (clay? what nimrod 1970's developer thought that would be a good idea?), and a nice little root ball had grown in there.

Very professional, very efficient, very clean (important when the sewage system is involved- I know from previous experience) and very cheap...they have a minimum charge of one hour, so it was 110 clams. I will definitely use them again when the root ball grows back.
