Devon replaced all toilet parts for one toilet; replaced leaky tub spout with new diverter; lubricated our clothes washer faucet valves that we could hardly open/close - all tasks done in one hour. He arrived on time, was polite and professional in every way. Wasted no time. A refreshing customer service experience.

My family has been using Cimarelli's for years. Since the 1950's! They always answer the phone, are professional, ready to do the job when they arrive and efficient. Recently Ruben came to my parents house and he fixed the water line from our water meter to the house, it was previously repaired about 20 years ago but there was a small leak by one 90° elbow, he replaced it and made it simpler with less elbows. He worked quickly and efficiently and also answered questions I had as he was working. I can't comment on their pricing because I only rely on them solely. My grandma who is 97 has been using them since the 50's and since she's been happy with their work over the years that's all we use. Keep up the good work and thanks for making our house leak free!

I've used this company many times when remodeling my Seacliff house. No issues. I paid Rubin, the plumber doing the work, on time as work was completed. Then I hired them to do a permitted job on my condo in Aptos. Rubin called on the day the work was scheduled to cancel because he wasn't sure of how to do this job so the inspector would pass the work. He found out too late and we had to set a new date. When Rubin showed up he asked to be paid immediately when the job was done. I have a tenant in the condo and was not going to hang out the 2 hours while he worked. I told him I'd bring the check by the office that afternoon. He insisted on a check right then, before the work was done. I again said I'll bring it by the office. This felt like a very uncomfortable exchange since I was a repeat customer in good standing. The work was completed around 11:45 evidently. I was on the tennis court so I missed the 2 phone calls asking me to pay. They even called my husband at work! I was at the office paying by 12:15 and lucky for them I didn't know about all the phone calls! So they lost a good customer. I will never use a company that treats me like a criminal. Shame on Rubin, who I understand is an owner now. No stars!

I requested an appointment on Monday and was given a time on Tuesday. Ruben and Eryn arrived on time and, after a thorough inspection, found the problem. I received a call Wednesday morning to schedule repairs on Friday. Ruben and Eryn arrived on time and went right to work. They completed the job in a timely manner and left their work areas neat as pins. We are so grateful to have hot water again.

I've hired this company twice now over 5 years; once to install a new spigot on my main water line and again to unclog a standpipe. Both times, the service provided was prompt, punctual, reasonably priced (below quotes of other companies) and without incident. I would definitely call them again for service.

Ruben and Eryn showed up promptly in the beginning part of the time window set by the office. They wasted no time in digging into the issue we were having with our gas wall heater. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed my heater without replacing any parts or trying to talk me into replacing the whole thing. Great work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

My 90 year old dad was quoted $2100.00 for a new water heater, after a call about a leak, which caused an electrical short, to half of his mobile home, by Rosenthal plumbers, Aleco quoted $3,800 to replace all the plugs in his home, and the main panel. So, if we had, ""gone for it,"" we would have been out $5900, on a fixed income. Cimarelli's Rueben, fixed the leak for $165. David Bertsch is going to check out the electric. Calm down, ask friends, and get fair treatment.

If I could rate this company a zero- I would. They came out to check our pipes as our hot water pressure was very bad and pipes needed changing. After Reuben came out and tried to do a quick fix until we could have the full job done, it turned out after $311 we had no hot water at all after he left. They were supposed to give us an estimate on replacing hot water pipes/water heater - which we finally received 7 days later. Meanwhile, we had already found a different plumbing company that came out, gave us the estimate the same day and did the work in 6 hours a couple of days later - it all works perfect now. We finally received an estimate from Cimarelli's and it was 3 times the amount of what we had just paid to be done AND they included that they would have to cut through a wall panel (and the repair of the wall was my responsibility to fix after), and that it would take 4 days to complete. This company is a joke, a rip off - PLEASE save yourself the money, time and stress and go somewhere else!!!

I was a Real Estate agent and managed a few properties. Cimarelli's was referred to me back in the 1980's and they have been my Plumbing and heating source of choice. Pipes burst, sewer clogged, disposal out, vent fan busted, wall heaters on the fritz, dishwasher plugged up, sink trapped stuffed with orange peels... shower stall doors, faucet seats and seals R&R. Boy you name it they fixed it. Fair reasonable prices always over the years. I don't have another Plumber, I don't need another plumber; I have Cimarelli's!
