Rafael responded quickly, communicated well, was respectful and respectable. I needed a new toilet and faucets installed and he came well prepared and even had parts that I needed but didn't have. He also got rid of my old toilet and faucets for me. He was going to be on time but was ready earlier which was super convenient for me. He had lower prices than everyone else and did a great job. I said I am going with someone else that reached out and he started to get mad at me over the phone saying he paid for this lead and then ending up hanging up on me. Extremely rude to clients.

I reached out to Home Advisors for some recommendations on local businesses that they would recommend for some plumbing work I needed done. Rafael reached out to me shortly after my request. I told him what I needed, he gave me a quote, we agreed on a day and he came did the work we discussed which did turn into being a bit more than I had anticipated but it was done quickly and professionally.
He made some recommendations on some other things that he noticed needed some attention. So when he finished with the work I had him do that day, he filled out his invoice, included the recommendations with a quote for any of the work that needed to be done if I wanted to do any of that in the future. I appreciated the mention of these things, a quote for the work and no pressure to schedule it for the future. I don't like to be pressured, which Rafael did not do, but was upfront with suggestions so that when I have the opportunity to address these issues, I know where I stand when it comes to my bottom line. Thank you Rafael, it was a good experience doing business with you.

Project was installation of a single basin sink to replace an old double basin. I got several different quotes but ended up choosing to go with Rafael. He did a great job installing the sink and the best part was he even took all the boxes and old items away so I didn't have to deal with it. When it was dry, there was a tiny spot of the black silicone popping out of the caulking and he even came by to take care of adding some caulking to cover that up no questions asked. Great guy and will def recommend to use him for anyone that needs an honest and helpful plumber!
