I first requested a quote from Rafael to replace an under mount sink. I had been quoted outrageous prices, and ghosted by other plumbers. Rafael had great confidence in his ability to do the job and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. He also replaced the faucet, disposer, serviced the RO system. He then replaced our water heater. We have been very pleased with The Reliability, fairness, and competence Rafael brings to his work.
3 months after that we moved to a 35 year old home that needed extensive work. Again, we called Rafael. He replaced all our faucets and valves indoors and out. Rafael completed an excellent job on replacing my kitchen faucet as well as replacing a water filtration system under my kitchen sink. He arrived on time and ready with the necessary knowledge to complete the job. I also asked him to replace a toilet that was difficult due to height restrictions with a countertop. My water heater started leaking, and I used Yelp to find someone trustworthy to hire. I contacted 5 companies, and Rafael from CIB is who I went with. Rafael got in touch with me immediately through Yelp. He was so knowledgeable and professional. His was also the lowest bid of the five. He was able to come out the next day and got me all squared away. I particularly liked the fact that he does follow-ups on all his installs and will come back out to service the unit and flush the system once a year for the next two years. I'm very fortunate to have found Rafael and CIB Plumbing.

Rafael was a pleasure to do business with. He removed my old stainless sink and installed a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. While here he noticed my cut off valve's throughout the house were completely corroded and also needed replacement. He gave me a fair price and efficiently fixed all my issues.
I was so impressed with his kindness and efficiency that I hired him a second time to install a new bathroom faucet. He fixed several issues (leaky toilet, and loose sink fixtures) for no extra charge.
