Two of our AC units stopped working after a recent lightning storm. Antonio quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He also found a couple minor maintenance issues that he took care of the next day. Antonio showed up right on time each day. Thorough and efficient service.

I was was dubious of using Church Services because of the many negative older reviews, but I decided to give them a chance as I am a professional engineer and would watch them.
I had Church services check out one of my bigger AC units that did not seem to be cooling well and they checked pressures and functions and made some suggestions including air leaks in the attic that I can easily fix myself.
They sent two technicians for my small job to make sure the job was done right and it was. No problems here giving them the 5 stars that they deserve. I would use them again.

I give Church Services 1 star because Zero is not an option. I paid to have them replace all of my ductwork and I'm finding out 1.5 years later that they skipped ~1/3 of the house. Coincidentally, the ductwork not easily seen and furthest from the stairs. While part of this is "shame on me" for not crawling around to review their work, there is a certain level of professionalism that I thought I was paying for. Do NOT make the same mistake as me - use someone else.

our hOuse could have caught fire a couple days ago after the wires in our heating unit sparked and melted. this system was installed by Church services about 5 years ago just after they were bought by service experts. Church was a great company destroyed by service experts. The technician who replaced the burned box and wires said this occurred because the wires were over tightened when originally installed and they were stressed to the point of failure. Over time vibrating loose and ultimately arcing melting the plastic . no one y0u y this box since they installed the new Lennox system.
We stopped using Church last year after many poor quality visits by their untrained, unskilled people. Stay Away From Church

however i was rear ended by one of their ir drivers 6'weeks ago and today nothing..would have expected at least some response from the company or their insurance company.. so so disappointed./

What a joke. Installation in June. 8 revisits with issues until mid August. Now the heater doesn't work. $12,000 with service and installation until I pay off or move Do not use these people.

Have a rental where the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Told the renter to call a plumber. The bill to replace a 1/2 hp disposal came to $572 dollars. Will never use them again.

Elderly mother in law called for yearly maintenance checkup for fall, is the proud owner of $17500 of ac heat and a flo tech for water heater. She has no idea she is being charged this amount, no idea how for what may be a 10 yr contract, no paperwork for sale or contract.
I have a copy of the maint. service checklist that has nothing requiring an immediate installation of new ac and heat unit, not to include new ductwork.
The woman is 83 yrs old and on fixed income, this should have been something her family should have been consulted. Right now, if you ask her, the guy just installed a pretty thing on the waterheater (Flo tech) she is unaware the pretty thing cost $2,500 or as the salesman said, $20/mo. She didn't have enough money to fix the exterior wood on home this past February, but she can spend $15,000 on a new Lennox ac/heat.
As her Daughter in Law, I have called 3 times to company and should have stopped installation immediately, I still do not have a copy of contract, I still do not have an invoice for the sale, I still do not have any idea what else she may have agreed too.
Your practices are wrong, your wrote poor insulation on checklist, has nothing to do with unit. You wrote rust in pan, still usable so? You wrote not emergency shut off, I confirmed I was looking at emergency shutoff with the installer in attic. You checked fan motor made noise, so replace it for $500 and don't scare the elderly woman.
I will be reporting you to the BBB, if I do not have a contract in my hand today, I will be alerting the bank, and following up with DFPS for Financial Exploitation of the Elderly.

I requested a service, but I did not know a Disgusting arrogant salescame with him.
That salesman was shouting at me in my own house. He was talking down to me and completely rude. The technician did a very good job. But I will never use the service again. Because of the disgusting salesman.

System was installed well and in a timely manner. However, we were promised an $800 rebate card which has not been received, and they won't answer phone calls and emails about it.
