Sad day - ( had to put a star). quoted an extremely high price to replace unit. Unable to articulate or breakdown what we would be paying for. Got mad, insulted that he was questioned about bid, and left. Long time customer no more nor will recommend. Will work with company that understands customer service.....and can explain their product and treat customers with respect.

Our A/C stopped working this past Saturday and everyone I called said it would be Tuesday, at the earliest, that they could get a technician out to help us. I have two small children and this was a huge concern for me as the temp in ATX have been in the 100s. Then I found Church Services' number and they immediately came out.

The technician, William, was very professional and friendly. He walked me through his diagnosis step-by-step and had our A/C system working in no time. William did an awesome job and I will be requesting him the next time we need help with our A/C.

Maybe they do good work, but their prices seem sky high. My house has 2 ac units. They quoted me $1,029 to replace two contactors and one capacitor. I ordered original equipment parts online for $58 and did the work myself in under an hour. You need to understand electrical safety before doing this yourself, but this price is crazy.

Oh, and I should mention that they recommended replacing both units at a cost of $22,600. Maybe they thought I was rich and clueless (wrong on both counts).

The techs who have serviced our dual unit system for the past two years have been outstanding, incredibly thorough and professional. While they've made suggestions re: upgrades, et., they did not do the heavy sales pitch. Very pleased with their service.

I've used Church Services 2 times before, but Matt M was by far the best. Although i was late, he waited for me. We had multiple issues and he was so helpful. He was professional. He was able to communicate effectively. He stayed late until the job was done. I would ask for Matt M again! Thank you so much for your help!

Church Services replaced two water heaters in our home. This was a very difficult job. The water heaters were in two separate attics. The old heaters had considerable sediment and were difficult to drain. The lead plumber tech, Matt, did a great job managing a difficult installation. Victor & Louie were very good helpers & they really worked hard. They had to remove my attic stairs & arranged for a contractor to reinstall the stairs. The contractor, Gene, was timely and did an excellent job. The price was competitive & I am very pleased with Church Services . A very good job!

Called Church Services today (Saturday) when my thermostat stopped working. I was worried my family and I would spend the weekend freezing with no heater but they sent a technician out within a few hours on a Saturday for no upcharge.

The technician, Kevin Bosch, was awesome. Super friendly and professional, he walked me through his diagnosis step-by-step. After the more obvious potential causes didn't pan out (tripped breaker, blown fuses, etc.); Kevin found a blown transformer which he explained is not common on a 2.5 year system. He installed a new transformer in no time and is working with our manufacturer to get the cost covered under warranty. Kevin did a great job. I will be requesting him by name next time I need help with my A/C system.

the time you don't want the furnace to stop working is when it's b*tt a$$ cold...

I was able to set up a checkup for my furnace on the same day I called, which really helped my schedule that day. Virgle came out and was really helpful. I had a clicking noise coming from my furnace and he was able to solve that, checked to make sure my hot surface ignitor (HSI) was still good, made some recommendations regarding my dirty (needs to be replaced) filter, water leakage that comes out from the blower during the summer, sealing air leaks, and suggestions for how to make sure the rest of the house can be covered with the unit I currently have installed and to do a spring tune up in spring. All worth the visit for a check up. Professional service and would call them again.

I needed someone to give me an estimate on fixing the furnace in a house I was under contract to buy. Kevin came out and gave me a good analysis on the whole system and quickly figured out the problem with an estimate to repair. He was very friendly knowledgeable.

I was also having a problem getting the hot water heaters to come on. Ken (plumber) was also able to quickly trouble shoot the system and get it working right away. Another example of the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Church Services.

In addition, they were the only company that was able to get someone (two people) out on short notice. This was very important to me since I was in my option period.

My neighbor recommended them to me after they solved a very difficult problem with broken pipes under their foundation.
