Marco Giancroce has three decades of HVAC experience. A Southampton local of the Delaware Valley, he established his first company, MoreVent in 1998. As his company expanded, he sought potential partners who were interested in selling their business. He purchased Christian Heating & Cooling from the previous owners and further developed that business.
His focus on the highest customer service standards is unwavering. He cultivated a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Reliable recommendations and a spirit of doing the right thing are the guiding principles that Marco has embedded in his dedicated staff.

Do not use this company! They will rip you off. Way overpriced for everything. They tried to steer me in the direction of having the AC unit leak tested for $184 ( the contracted price). After the leak test we would then most likely need a new coil which could cost up to $2,500. Basically a $3,000+ job.
Had another company out and for $300 had the unit leak tested( dye injected into system) and refrigerant added.
Scam artists!!!! DO NOT USE
Lin M.Overpriced! Please do your homework before using this company. They charged me for a service that was not done. Very disappointed.
Kristen G.I highly recommend Christian heating and air-conditioning. They have always done an excellent job of coming out to service our system. The technician comes out at the time they say they're going to come out and they do their service quickly and efficiently. The service techs are nice and have taken the time to explain our complicated thermostat to me.
One time the tech came out because the air conditioner was making a loud noise. The tech discovered a loose metal lid was rattling and secured it and did not charge me for the service call.
I do not no where to start please read this review befor considering this company. On the hottest day of August a few years ago. My central air conditioning compressor died. I called Christian in the area. They recommended replacing my air conditioner. I replaced the unit. Shortly after the new unit was installed the coil pipes attached to the condenser were freezing up. On six separate occasions Christian came to my home and could not correctly diagnose the problem. I called a different company they recommended replacing my 20 year old furnace. The two units were not compatable because of the airflow. The new company also advised me the load and ductwork were not correctly calculated by Christian before installing this unit. The duck work in my home is not wide enough for a 5 ton air conditioner. A four ton unit, or two 3 ton units would of worked better. In addition older units used freon with separate refrigerant lines. The new units with are higher efficient, use puron refrigerant lines. Very important to change when installing a new unit. Two weeks ago my wife called me and told me there was smoke in our kitchen. I told her to take our dogs and go outside. My wife called the fire company. My motor blow up in my unit. This was a result of the Air conditioner being overworked original freon refrigerant lines never changed. A wide enough return was never installed to help the airflow. And yes the duck work not wide enough. I took off from work the next day and completely analazied Hvac companies and there Yelp reviews. I selected a company and could not be more happy. The air conditioner is brand new sized correctly for my house. My family are safe no one was hurt from this experience. Other than my pocketbook. My advise if your air conditioner fails on the hottest day of the year. Or your heater on the coldest day of year. Utilize Yelp take a company with many reviews and positive experience. This will be time well spent.
Jeff S.After moving to Bucks County in 2015 and noticing Christian HVAC trucks all over the place, we decided to go with them for a service agreement to cover our 2 units. They arrived on time, did their maintenance bit, explained some things about the system and then they were on their way. Six hours later, one of our units unexpectedly shut down. I should point out, the system had been working flawlessly until the Christian HVAC guy showed up. Then, oddly, it just stopped working.
We called them to come back and see what was up, but because it was a holiday we had to wait until the next day, so, yeah, no heat! Brutal. Luckily the second system was still working and that let us survive the night. Anyway, they finally got a guy to show up who said the unit had defect which caused the shutdown. He restarted the system, but said it would be a good idea to replace the part and to start thinking about replacing the system which was 15 years old.
I was a bit skeptical about the whole deal and couldn't get past the fact that the heat was working beautifully until Christian HVAC showed up. In my view, they had to have messed up something when they were doing the maintenance. Maybe it was an honest mistake or maybe it was deliberate in order to collect that hefty holiday service fee. Maybe they just wanted to push us to do the work. Either way, it just felt really suspicious to me. So, I told Christian to forget it and I contacted another company to come by and see what was what. The new company arrived shortly thereafter, checked the unit and looked at the supposedly defective part. And guess what? They found zero issues with it. And, its been working fine ever since.
Based on all of this, what can I say except, I would not use Christian HVAC again. Too shady in my opinion.
A part on the outside unit failed. I'll give them credit for being quick to come out. The tech was rather ignorant. When we asked about pricing to replace the part his response was (paraphrasing) ""You called us. Your a/c is broken. This is what it costs so you really have no choice."" I will say their pricing is ridiculously overpriced. A 969% margin on a part is highway robbery. The part that needed to be replaced costs between $31-35 and they charged $319 for it. It took literally 5 minutes to diagnose and 5 minutes to replace (probably slightly less). Then, on top of that, there's a $99 service charge just for having come out. That's $418 to replace a $35 (max) part for 10 minutes of work. I understand they have overhead to cover, but that's just plain highway robbery. Couple the high price with the tech basically (not in a nice way) telling us that we should feel bad for calling him out because our a/c unit decided to malfunction on a 90+ degree day and that we really have no choice but to pay him to fix the unit and you have the classic recipe for an unhappy customer. I've been using them for 10+ years. No more. I'll find someone else to service my HVAC system and I won't use them to replace it when it comes time either.
Good job Christina HVAC. You managed to lose a long-time customer with a single encounter.
Way over charges for parts. Thousand percent markup on a capacitor installed. Company was called and asked to justify markup, they claim it is in line with the market. Not true Part cost:$ 34 they charged $318. Do your homework first
When Christian installed my new heat pump, the system shorted out within an hour of them leaving and I had no heat in January in 25 degree cold. They came back THE NEXT DAY and made it work (my house was literally 42 degrees that night). So much for emergency service to repair their error. In the spring, I went to turn on the a/c and....only heat. Took 2 repairs to get a/c. In the fall, I turned on the heat and you guessed it.....only a/c. You would think that if they screwed up the install so bad, they would have the professionalism to make the correct repairs. Apparently not. What a nightmare. The install came with several years of seasonal maintenance included. In the spring, since I had a repair in the fall, I asked the to cover both the fall and spring maintenance in one visit--which they balked at, I heard the customer service rep who took my calling having to argue with her boss to allow that. Really? After a poor install and 3 follow up visits in 10 months? Avoid Christian like the plague.
Connor P.So I am in the process of purchasing my first home. I had my home inspected and was having trouble with the electric backup to my heating system so I called CHaA for a certification and they scheduled me for a week later due to the time of year.. Understandable. So they came out for the inspection and repaired a burnt wire 100$ for inspection and $88 for the repair. Told them to send all the paperwork to my real estate agent. Few days go by and receive nothing. I call and ask for them to send it to me. I give my email address and still receive nothing. I call again after the weekend because theyre closed and finally get them to send to my email. I receive only an estimate for repairs and quote to join their maintenance plan but no cert. I call them back and ask for the cert and they inform me that i never asked for a cert and only ordered a repair. I informed them i have a copy of the check i paid them with that clearly states inspection on it and they do not care. They said I need to pay an additional $135 for a certification and have to schedule them to come back out when my closing date is two weeks away.
~ completely unprofessional
~ nothing timely about they're work
~ they dont care about your problem - just want to sell their plan and parts
~ completely unreliable
I would stay away from this company. If you ever hear about contractors trying to pull one over on you this is the type of company those people are talking about.
Ettore F.If you're looking for fast, dependable and professional service for your heating or air conditioning system I highly recommend Christian Heating and Air Conditioning!
