The AC at our church went bad and when Mike showed up he pinpointed the issue with the electricity within 10-20 min.

Mike and his assistant were excellent. Able to see me quickly, assess the job efficiently, and fix the problem of our AC unit at a very reasonable price. Professional, good communication and on time. Can't think them enough.

Mike is an amazing person, very honest and kind. My Nest thermostat stopped working on the coldest night of the year and heat wouldn't work. Mike helped me diagnose and fix the issue on a weekend - taking time away from his own family so my family can stay warm.

Mike was incredible! Our system went down sometime during the night so I called first thing in this morning. After at least 14 companies saying they couldn't get out to us before Monday, Mike fit us in to his extremely busy schedule. He's very customer oriented and knows his stuff! Michael came as a referral from a general contractor. Even though his business is pretty much exclusively larger commercial jobs, he agreed to come by and take a look at my HVAC, which had been leaking water out of the ceiling air handler. Michael came with one of his guys within one day, was super friendly, knowledgeable and was totally willing to explain everything that was going on with my system. The more I talked with him the more I could see he had ""uber""-experience. He checked things out thoroughly, flushed the gunk out of the line to outside, and explained I would need a new unit (I won't go into the details here, but he was 100% correct in his assessment). Michael gave me a full written report on both my inside (attic) unit and the condenser outside, including pictures and determining the model and vintage of the unit for me--all in the one visit! I was flabbergasted because several other contractors had come by and seemed clueless about my unit and what the problem might be. I will go to Michael in any future situation as I feel 100% confident he will know what I need to do and be completely honest about what is involved. Michael, thank you for all of your much needed assistance and expertise! I could not have gotten through what became a full system replacement without your help brother!!! 5 stars!!!

Every once and a while, there is a bright light at the end of a dark Tunnel. I found Mike via the Next Door App while I was on a rant about our experience with our then horrible home warranty company, American Home Shield. Mike reached out to me, and with NO Expectations on his side, provided me with guidance on how to get this expensive warranty company to keep their promises. With his help, I was able to get our now FORMER Home Warranty Company (we dropped them after we learned the truth about them) to cover the proper repair of our system (at that time by a different contractor) But how can anyone forget that level of the unsolicited professional kindness? It stuck in my mind.

Last Night my Elder Friend (Kent) who lives in EDH called me late to tell me his AC did not work at all. He had already called over a dozen people with no luck before he called me in desperation. I should also note he has had his system maintained annually by the Home Warranty Company People (He pays full boat for that). So I was surprised it failed only a few months after they said it was OK - Different Story also)

ANYWAY, I am traveling later today to visit a sick friend, so I had to do SOMETHING before I left to help Kent. The FIRST Person that came to my mind was Mike. I called him last night late, and he remembered me. Since he lived nearby my Friends Home, he very graciously (Mind you this is the height of HIS busy season!!!!) scheduled a very early call (before his other calls) today and repair the system. I am just SO GRATEFUL and IMPRESSED at How Above and Beyond and Professional Mike and his team are. HIGHLY Recommend you give these folks a call. He is Honest, Professional and totally compassionate, I mean how many people would answer the phone after hours and on a Sunday Night PLUS take care of the problem. I am so grateful that the problem is fixed for now. That IS Exceptional Service. I can go on and on, you are welcome to contact me for more information.
