We had one of our condensers fail in the middle of the night and Mike was able to come out first thing in the morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. He never tried to upsell us on service or repairs we didn't need, unlike too many of his competitors. He even gave us great advice on how to keep our system running longer and more efficiently. Very professional and trustworthy service. Highly recommended.

After receiving 5 quotes for a new HVAC system (ranging from $13k to $28k), a neighbor insisted we call Mike who asked; ""why do you think you need a new system?"" I explained the capacitor had been replaced twice in 3 years. Mike said; ""So what...the newer EPA-compliant capacitors fail all the time. Just keep replacing the $50 capacitor and wait until the compressor fails, which could be several more years."" He went on to explain how most HVAC companies replace the capacitor, charge $400 bucks and say ""you'll need a new system pretty soon...but we'll apply the $400 as a credit"" to your new system. This is exactly what one of our quotes did. Yup, someday the compressor will die and we'll be uncomfortable for a few days. But not $20k uncomfortable! Mike is now a permanent member of our Contact list for HVAC issues. Thanks.

We called them today and Mike showed up within 1-2 hrs. His service and professionalism is priceless.
The AC at our church went bad and when Mike showed up he pinpointed the issue with the electricity within 10-20 min.
His service and price is unbeatable.

Mike and his assistant were excellent. Able to see me quickly, assess the job efficiently, and fix the problem of our AC unit at a very reasonable price. Professional, good communication and on time. Can't think them enough.

Mike is an amazing person, very honest and kind. My Nest thermostat stopped working on the coldest night of the year and heat wouldn't work. Mike helped me diagnose and fix the issue on a weekend - taking time away from his own family so my family can stay warm.
