First of all- I was happy to have a human answer the phone call. I dislike having to press numbers or leave messages and wait hours for a callback, so I was pleased that was not the case with this business. So we had an emergency situation and really needed service right away. The gentleman said he would be here within a couple hours and he arrived on time and fixed the problem right away.
