I am a repeat customer of Christati Plumbing because their service is outstanding and pricing is very fair. Today Kris had a service call at my home and took care of several problems. My shower had low pressure, and two of my toilets had problems with refilling and losing water from the tank.
Kris expertly solved all the issues and did so with an outstanding professional demeanor.

My family had a pipe leak in a bathroom wall (very stressful). Christian did a great job coordinating the leak detection and all of the re-piping repairs. We had him replace some angle stops and replaced two toilets as well. Christian from start to finish was very professional and took his time explaining all of our options. Great customer service!!! Under the kitchen sink, I noticed water leaking from the waste disposal last night. I called a few plumbers based not far from me, but they either didn't want to commit to a time or day to come by, or didn't want to drive the extra 10 mins out of Escondido to where I live.
Christati Plumbing was a different story. Christian said he'd be here & have what he needed to replace the disposable unit, which is exactly what he did.
After looking at the situation, he was very upfront with the costs and what it included. He also fixed some sloppy piping from some previous plumber before we lived here. When finished, he did multiple checks to make sure nothing else was leaking under the sink or with the new unit.
He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. He's very easy to talk to and made sure any questions I had were answered. My family and I are very pleased we finally have a reliable plumbing company to call when needed!

Update to the review below. Chris called us and told us he wanted to rectify the problem. Apparently there was a break down in communication between the technician who we initially dealt with and Chris. Since learning of the situation Chris has been extremely responsive and has fixed the leak. We are very happy with the way the problem has been handled and would definitely use Christati Plumbing again as well as recommend him.

Just before thanksgiving, I noticed the water heater leaking and stopped making hot water. I called 3 plumbers, including 2 that have worked for me before with one of them I have known for years. The prices of 2 of them were more than twice what I expected the job to cost, and came with time restrictions of 2-weeks out. I called Christati Plumbing as a 4th plumber while I waited for the first one I called to respond. He called me back within an hour, quoted me a price right where I expected it to be, and said he could do it the next day... sold! He ran late the next day, but kept me informed of his timeline so no problem. His colleague Chris replaced the water heater in about 4h, and cleaned up everything. Christati is my new go to guy for plumbing problems.... Forget the guys I've known for years that took a week to call me back.

Called at 2:00pm on a Friday because I had no hot water, they responded right away and had a tech (owner) out to my house by 5:00. Great service, it was nice to work with the smaller, local owned business. Highly recommend!
