I invested 11 years working at a major plumbing service companies in the Portland area. Throughout this period, I accomplished my 4-year apprenticeship and gained valuable knowledge about serving customers. As time went on, that company started shifting and I saw they were more interested in maximizing profits from their customers rather than offering excellent service at a fair price. I made the choice to leave and established Chrisman Plumbing Inc in 2008, and I’ve never looked back. I truly enjoy my craft and feel fulfilled. Almost all of my business comes from repeat customers and recommendations, which reinforces my belief that I must be doing something right.
