I spent more than a decade serving at a major plumbing service companies in Portland. During this time, I finished my four-year apprenticeship and acquired valuable knowledge about serving customers. As time went on, that company transformed and I saw they were more interested in extracting every last cent from their customers rather than delivering excellent service at a fair price. I decided to leave and launched Chrisman Plumbing Inc in 2008, and I haven’t regretted it. I genuinely love my work and feel fulfilled. Most of my customers comes from repeat customers and referrals, which makes me feel that I am providing value.
