I invested 11 years gaining experience at a major plumbing service companies in the Portland area. In those years, I finished my 4-year apprenticeship and acquired extensive knowledge about serving customers. Eventually, that company began to change and I realized they were more interested in maximizing profits from their customers rather than offering quality service at a reasonable cost. I decided to leave and established Chrisman Plumbing Inc in 2008, and I have not looked back. I genuinely love my craft and feel fulfilled. Almost all of my business comes from loyal customers and word-of-mouth, which makes me feel that I must be doing something right.
