I spent more than a decade gaining experience at a major plumbing service companies in Portland. During this time, I completed my four-year apprenticeship and gained valuable knowledge about serving customers. Over the years, that company started shifting and I saw they were more interested in maximizing profits from their customers rather than delivering good service at a reasonable cost. I made the choice to leave and established Chrisman Plumbing Inc in the year 2008, and I haven’t regretted it. I truly enjoy my work and find it incredibly rewarding. Almost all of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals, which reinforces my belief that I must be doing something right.
