I had a trenchless sewage line installed at my home and the work was highly professional and affordable, compared to the competition. I just had a new furnace installed in my home, and from start to finish this company gets rave reviews from me. They responded to my email request first thing Monday morning, and came out right away, even though it wasn't an emergency. Technician Troy talk to me through the issues with my furnace in layman's terms, and gave me the option of repair or a new furnace. As my furnace was 25 years old I opted for a new one ( again, I was given options), and Troy returned the next day with the furnace and two assistants. Throughout the project they were on time, polite, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up afterwards. There were other small issues with the way my old furnace and equipment had been installed, which Troy took the time to explain to me and fix. I had done my due diligence before calling Chris Wilson Plumbing and Heating and I know I got a good price. All in all I am a very happy customer!

It's unfortunate if you give a bad review on a company that they banned you from providing service. I find it interesting instead of them trying to correct the issue that caused my disappointment in their service they chose to band providing service to me. I guess they have more business than they know what to do it so they can they can make that choice. I have a choice too, It's called, freedom of speech
